The content is motivational and educational in nature, created in July 2025.
Real estate can be really intimidating. In fact, a lot of newbies, they can learn a thousand different things and they actually just get more paralyzed by all of the information. They're afraid of cold calling, not because of what the seller might say when they say no. They're actually afraid of what happens when the seller says yes. How do I deal with contracts? How do I deal with contractors? How do I pull permits? How do I deal with this big, massive situation I got going on? Fixing and flipping is scary. Wholesaling is scary. Takes a lot of skills, a lot of negotiations of those types of things. But the cool thing is getting started with Gator is a very, very easy path. Wholesalers need EMD. 85% of wholesalers don't have the money to put up their emd and so therefore they are breaching their contract. So gators come in and here's what they get in the very beginning. They get corporate credit training, they get access to capital, and they also get access to cases capital. Think about all the wholesalers that are doing thousands and thousands and thousands of transactions all over the country that need earnest money. You don't have to be the wholesaler, you have to be the person that brings the emd. There are so many EMD deals out there for you to tap into. You didn't have to cold call, you didn't have to pull a list. You didn't have to learn how to negotiate. You didn't have to do the follow up. You didn't have to be good at sales. All you have to do is bring money to a transaction. Remember that.
