This is a YouTube video titled "Need Proof This Works? Start Here." containing a monologue or talk from August 2, 2025, focused on motivating individuals interested in bird dogging real estate deals by emphasizing the need for quick proof of concept through earning initial commissions without complex skills or large investments.
Who are the people that need to get their first deal as a bird dog? Those are the people that are saying, I don't want to cold call. I don't want to learn how to underwrite. I need proof of concept right now. I don't want to have to go and learn all these skills and burden myself and wonder if I'm going the right way and work on a big 243 unit apartment complex just to potentially not even get a deal. I need something that shows me proof of concept. Like within a week, I need a five thousand dollar check, a ten thousand dollar check, a twenty five thousand doll, whatever it may be. I need a check that gives me proof of concept that this is possible for me. So for those people that are like, I need that, then bird dogging might be for you.
