It's like if I want to go find a girl to date, do I go to a supermarket and I guess and I start saying, hey, cute girl buying apples and avocados right now. You're really beautiful. I'd like to take you on a date. Or should I just go to a dating app? Okay, so do you see the difference between on market and off market? On market is I know you're trying to date right now. You're on Tinder or Bumble or whatever. You are on a platform, the MLS of dating. You are on market, you know what you want and you are trying to get it right versus you go to a grocery store. Your. Your pickup line has got to be fire. Your ability to communicate with that woman who is currently off market, okay, she's not on Tinder. She's in the supermarket and you just notice her. That is a higher level skill. Do we agree with that? Absolutely. It's the same thing with sellers.
