Hey, this is the six levels of mastery. And regardless of the field that you're in, sales, marketing, sports, arts, managing people or managing money, there's six levels. Stay to the end to determine which one you are. By the way, the guy that owns this boat. Definitely. Number six. Number one, the amateur. Beginning with little or no experience. They rely on rules, guidelines and instructions. They have very limited understanding or context. They focus on learning basics and building foundational skills. Number two is the apprentice, the intermediate. The this person has some experience and basic competence. Not a lot, not consistent. Starts to understand context and apply skills with guidance. They perform tasks with less supervision but still rely on external feedback and should be taking it. They begin to recognize patterns and adapt to specific situations. Number three, the practitioner. Confident and consistent, proficient. They understand the broader context and can make decisions based on their experiences. They solve problems effectively but may lack deep innovation or creativity. They focus now on refining skills and improving efficiency. Number four, Expert, deep knowledge and extensive experience in the field. You think you're that guy? Okay. They have intuitive understanding of complex situation and can adapt fluidly. They innovate. They push boundaries within the discipline. They can mentor others but rarely do to to contribute to the field of development. Number five is the master. This combines technical mastery with philosophical and intuitive understanding. They innovate, they teach and they shake the discipline in the community. They embody the principle of the craft, often serving as a role model for others. But number six. Number six is the grandmaster. This is the highest level of mastery, rare, transcendent level of skill and influence. They redefine the discipline and they create new paradigms. They literally bend around corners. You can't even explain what they do and what they see. They impact the field globally. They spent their time becoming grandmasters because they practice their discipline. They continue to practice through the expert levels, always practicing the basics and spent their time sharing with others. Which one are you, Sam?
