Think about this. 500,000 people will pull permits this year in the United States to fix and flip a property. Another 2 or 3 million people will do the BRRRR strategy on a fix and flip. That means that's 500,000 opportunities for EMD, $500,000 opportunities on hard money, 500,000 opportunities on private money. Literally, all of these transactions, 500,000 fix and flippers are using all three of these forms of money. In the BRRRR strategy, some same thing. They're using all of these, but they're also using DSCR loans to do their refinances. Every single real estate transaction, every single business transaction, all of these things that we're doing require all these types of loans. Gators can make money four, five, or six times on one transaction. And if there's 2.5 million of these transactions happening every year, it's an abundant world.
