Dr. Frederik G. Pferdt runs an 11-night experiment called Night Shift to help people sleep better through daily practices. Each evening, participants get a question, a tiny experiment, and a voice message in a WhatsApp group to help their nervous system unwind. Sleep is a skill to practice, not a problem to fix.

This February, I'm starting a small 11-nights experiment on better sleep with my community. And it came from a moment that really stayed with me. A friend of ours stayed over at our place recently, and when she went to bed, I noticed something. She placed her phone right next to her pillow, playing waterfall sounds and the sound of a train in the distance. She was not scrolling, not checking messages, just trying to fall asleep. And I thought, this is what so many of us are doing right now. We are tired, but we're still carrying the day into the night. So here's what I've learned over the years. Sleep isn't something you fix. It's something you practice, and everyone can practice it. That's why I created Night Shift. Not a sleep program, not optimization, but an invitation. For 11 nights, I'll be in a WhatsApp group with my community. And each evening you'll receive one small invitation, a moment, a question, and a tiny experiment you can try. And a short voice message from me to help your nervous system land the day. There's no pressure, no perfection. You can skip days or you can just listen. Because the future doesn't start tomorrow morning. It starts with how we treat our nights. So if this resonates, you're very welcome to join us. Night Shift. 11 nights, 1 shared practice. The link is below. I'll see you there.
