For 2 years, I was sitting in that parking lot in my car for 10 minutes before I can enter. Nobody knew. I thought it's a Monday problem, it's a weekday problem, it's possibly a boss problem, but no, it was nervous system. which was stuck. And every day it was bringing the same fear of running that larger operation, that I might fail. So if you are going into that hard meeting today, just sit down, keep your hand on your heart, think of a very safe moment, something true to you. Take a deep breath and say, "I'm safe. I have done hard things before." This is not you motivating your mind. This is you're telling your body this is not a fight. I made a three minutes video of what brought me out of that.
