It is finally not 100 degrees in my garden, so let's make a planting plan for fall together. So we can make our own planting plan, or we can let Gardenary plan it for us. Your first step is to enter your zip code. So I'm at the end of the warm season, and I can start planting for the cool season now. I'm going to pick the size of my bed. I'm working with a 4x8 garden. This is the planting plan that's recommended, so whatever area I want to plant in, I can pick the carrots, and put them right there, and then it'll tell me how many plants I need to put in each one. I'll do 1 cabbage plant per square feet, and then I could do extra cabbage because I really love this kind of cabbage. So now I've got my full plan. I know I want 8 cabbages down the middle, carrots and beets on the outer edge, and then lots of herbs, spinach, and arugula, and I know exactly when I need to plant each one. Now all I got to do is find some seeds and follow the plan. You can make your own custom garden plan right below this video. video.
