So what led to your diagnosis? So I went down a path on TikTok and I seen some of my favorite creators talking about ADHD in women specifically. And it just triggered me like, could that be me? No way. And then I was also in the community. I was surrounded by neurodivergent women, coaches, entrepreneurs, and they were just like, Yeah, of course you do. And so it was almost like this organic thing where, you know, we always gravitate toward who we are, right? We attract who we are. We gravitate and we like people who are like us. So it wasn't a huge surprise that I was in this group. And you were part of that. And like everyone around me were either, you know, they were finding out they had ADHD or they already knew they had ADHD or they were finding out they were possibly autistic. And it was just like this light bulb moment of like, oh, wait a minute, I guess I kind of am. And I've been hiding it and I've been trying to overcompensate it my whole life. Right. Yeah. The ultimate masking.
