Well, sometimes it's communication, right? Like this past Sunday, I got up after everybody else got up, which is never a good way to start my Sunday, but that's whatever. It just happened, right? And so my husband was talking to me and my daughter was talking to me and I just walked up to my husband and I went, I didn't get my quiet time before we started this morning. And like, y'all are awake. I'm not awake yet. So like, give me some time to edge into this morning, you know? Right. And knowing that my spouse needs that from me, right? Like, if I didn't tell him that, he'd continue because he thinks it's funny, right? But if I say to him, like, dude, like, pull it back a bit, like, just give me a moment, and he will. But it's that, it's understanding the people around us, like, who supports you and in what way do you have to support them so they support you so that you support them, right? Right. Like, there's that back and forth as well. I mean, each relationship's different.
