With mentors, I really like to hire internally. I always like to find people within my community that are doing really well, understand things well, have good communication skills, good empathy. I like to just bring them in, right? I mean, if somebody's come through my program, got results, proven themselves, they're probably the best people to mentor the new people. They've already walked that walk. They've started that journey themselves.
