I didn't know what it was going to do today, but I know that when I see my rules being met, I then have conviction as to what's going to happen next. What you are able to do is have a clear set of repeatable mechanical rules, which is in turn going to allow you to identify whether by following that set of mechanical rules you will have an edge over the market.
