George Kao shows how to turn old videos into articles, carousel posts, memes, and AI music videos using simple workflows. He walks through lyric drafting, music composition, and visual styling, then explains how creators can schedule daily content with minimal effort by iterating on AI outputs.

What if you've created so much content? Like, I'm really happy the, the questioner here has made 800 videos, and sadly the videos didn't get a lot of traction. But the, the, the, the, the sort of consolation prize is that now in our AI world, with, with AI tools available, the raw material that you've created can be repurposed so much more easily. Than before. So, um, 800 videos, 100 videos, whatever videos you have, all of those can be— couple of things— can be repurposed into articles online, which of course helps AI to find you better. Okay, it's easier for AI to find you via articles still than via having to parse videos and understand videos and stuff. I mean, eventually it's going to be easy for them to do that too. It's, it's— they're already doing it, but articles, text will always be the fastest and easiest. Okay, so one, 2, AI can easily turn any of your ideas from your videos into visual carousel posts. For example, on Instagram, if you, if you follow me on Instagram, you know that I do regular carousel posts. And just let me give you a shortcut. Visual carousel posts, which are like posts where there's like several slides in one post, like a single post, and you swipe to look through all the slides in a single post. That one still to this day, I've tested various formats on Instagram. It's still the best for reach. It still gets the most number of people looking and engaging. So please have your AI assistant turn your content, even if it didn't do well before, they can turn into texts and they can turn into visual carousel posts at the least. Okay? So please do that. And then third format now that I'm exploring with And these will come up, you know, more and more formats. AI will make it easier. Third format that I'm doing now, music videos. Yes. And as of this recording, I just started a new music video channel today, George Kao Music. You could look it up. You'll, you'll be one of the first people to have discovered it. I haven't even announced it to my general audience yet anyway. Yeah. Now that a bunch of you are watching this on YouTube. Yeah, I guess I've just announced it and I'll ask Claude to please put the George Kao Music channel below. So I'm having my AIs turn my best content, my best ideas into music videos now. They make a song out of it. They actually gave me several versions. I listened to which one I, and I picked the one I like and I tell it what I like about it. You know, hey, I like this version because of this reason. I didn't like that version as much. for that reason. And you just keep training your AI over time to know what your music style is, right? Your preferred me— and then once the, well, first, first the AI gives me suggested lyrics for, before it makes the music. Here are draft lyrics. What do you think? And he edits. And of course I give it feedback and that feedback is logged for the future to make better lyrics. And then once the lyrics are approved, they make the music. Actually, they asked me what style of music I wanted to do 2 different versions. I picked the styles and then it creates the songs. I listen to it, I give it feedback. And then once we finish making the song, then it creates— then it asks me what visual style that I want. It gives me a couple options. I choose a visual style. It goes off and makes images. And then it shows me like, here's some sample image. Anyway, it's this whole process, as you can tell, just like creating content is. But the whole process is Is I don't know how to make music videos, right? I never had the skill. But now it's just the process is simply having the assistant go, hey, what do you think about this? Do you like A or B or C? Do you like— you're right, that's all. It's like we now get to sit back and go, oh yeah, I like, I like B because of this reason. I don't like A as much because C was okay, but this is still kind of weird. We're just basically sitting back and like being critics now. That's the entire content process, it seems like, right? And it's more fun. And so AI goes off, makes the images that I wanted, the style that I wanted, and then stitches them together into a music video. And then I upload them to my YouTube and my Facebook, Instagram. And so that's another format that I get to make now besides text and, you know, visual carousels, music videos. And I'm sure in the future there will be more formats that I never thought possible to make. And of course I haven't even mentioned single image memes can come easily from all that content you've made that AI can pull out. Oh, hey, here's, you know, from this one video you made or from your, I studied all your videos and I've got, you know, 500 possible memes that I could make and let me prioritize. Here are the top 10 that I recommend, you know, and which 10 should I go with first, right? Like you can ask your AI, I've got so much raw material. How do I, please give me 10 possible repurposed formats, you know, based on what you think my audience would like most. And then let's talk about, let's create a strategy around how to, you know, how to repurpose my content on a regular basis so that I could be having something new on social media every day now that AI makes it easy. Right? It is. I don't like— I don't post anything on social media anymore. Hello? Like, I can't remember the last time I clicked. That's not true. Sometimes AI gets stuck and still wants me to click schedule or publish or whatever, but it does all the staging for me to— I just have to click publish, right? So it's like, yeah, it's now I'm mostly just critiquing stuff, and then if it gets stuck somewhere, I go, okay, I'm gonna click publish. Don't worry about it. You know, that kind of thing. So I hope this is inspiring for you to think about, okay, all that raw videos, raw material you made, whether it's writing or videos or whatever, can be spun into much more creative formats now that could actually bring you more of a more audience. So I hope this helps.
