A short French conversational excerpt from a YouTube video about shadow work. The speakers describe shadow work as difficult and lengthy but necessary, and link it to spiritual hypersensitivity: one speaker quotes their own phrase "Nous sommes ici pour retrouver la mémoire" (we are here to recover memory), suggesting the practice aims to rediscover who we truly are.
