On site today, Daytona Beach. How you been today?
Yes, good. Very nice, very nice. Oh brother, how you doing? I don't think you met Greg yet, have you? No, no, no. That's great. How you doing, Mr. Greg? How are you?
You doing? I'm doing good.
Show me a tour of your— we're doing it— of your new estate. We're doing it.
I, I want to see it. I want to see it. I got you on video today cuz I'm trying to I do my, you know, my social media stuff, you know. Okay, what we got going on over here?
Kitchen. We got those things moving, man.
Okay, little kitchen remodel. Nice, nice wall. Actually, are you guys going to blow this out right here?
Open this up? Yeah, we're going to need to do the cabinets for sure. Love it. They are nice, but those are super dated, like They are nice, don't get wrong. Those are nice cabinets.
What about this fireplace?
You guys are gonna, um, keep that? We have to, uh, renovate it.
You guys gonna keep it though?
Yes.
Nice.
That's to keep up with this one.
This looks like this might be an addition, huh?
It's like an addition. Yeah, bonus room, right? A flex, flex purpose room.
Flex purpose. Okay, let's see what we got back behind closed door number 1. Does it open or not? No.
Okay, okay. Hey, good. How you doing? We, we've done a lot in it, man. I see that, I see that.
Oh, you got the pool back here. Yeah, Doc. Okay, nice. Okay, so you guys going to, um, repair this enclosure right here?
Yes, I just called the company on it and I haven't get a quote yet.
It's not bad, man.
This is nice.
You see the dumpster out there, man?
No, I see it. It looks, it looks a lot, a lot clean. Like, it's already coming together.
Yep, yep.
So yeah, we're basically going to, uh, we're gonna keep the outside paint because it still looks really nice, pressure wash it, um, completely gut out the inside, uh, new kitchen, new flooring, um, it had some carpet in there. Um, the pool, it doesn't seem to be needing a resurfacing because I didn't see any visible cracks. So it just needs to be— it needs to be pushed out and new tiles. Yeah, really deep clean and replace that tile and stuff like that, and then clean that.
