You're outside here and man, this type of devastation that we're seeing just outside Malibu, California. Beautiful sight though. Sad, sad what happened, um, but the views are amazing. Come over here, Chris. Look at this over here. Um, I think they said this is a 7-acre parcel. Yeah, so you've got an incredible footprint to build upon. Um, my goodness, on the drive up here it was kind of devastating because you see all these burnt-out houses and these trees that are black and stuff. So, um, I'm not sure what it'll be like But you know what, I kind of like that, being in the outskirts in the middle of nowhere like this. So it's kind of interesting.
