In this video, Greg Wilson tours a recently completed fix‑and‑flip property in Brentwood with designer Robert Williams of PGN Design Group. The walkthrough showcases the extensive renovations and upgrades performed by the investor, including a complete re‑layout that turned two partial bedrooms into full bedrooms with platform beds and walk‑out French doors, the addition of two full bathrooms, and a large, newly landscaped backyard that was transformed from a flat rock area into a soccer‑friendly park with goals. The property features a suite of smart‑home technologies controlled via a single mobile app—adjustable lighting, refrigerator control, garage door operation, and an electric‑car charger. Interior upgrades include a mudroom/laundry space with new folding countertops, an upgraded hot water heater, and an epoxy‑finished driveway. Throughout the tour, both hosts express enthusiasm about the premium size of the 4,000‑sq‑ft home, its large lot, and its positioning in the competitive Brentwood market.

All right, so today we are in Brentwood. We're looking at one of the properties that one of my clients, um, flipped. He bought it, did his rehab on it, and now it's done. I'm gonna do a tour of it. Just wanted to give you guys a little preface. He's outside finishing up a phone call, but He'll be in in a second. Let me get this going.
Okay, hooked onto your phone.
That's awesome.
Alexa, turn the lights down to 50%.
So you're controlling the lights through the app in the phone?
Control the lights, I can control the refrigerator, I can open and close the garage door.
Okay.
Flat rock.
I don't—
man, I don't remember. It was a flat rock and I turned it into a park. So the kids come play soccer back here. I got two goals in the Big enough to play full soccer.
Look at that! Oh, you guys did a great job on the landscaping.
And then remember how the wall, you can see the freeway? Yes, you block that. What's up?
Look at that, I'm impressed. Yeah, I like that, man. Wow, look at it open up!
So now it's giant. The two bedrooms now to a full bedroom. Wow, with the bed vault up here. Look at that, doors going outside. Yes, two full bathrooms.
I love it. Oh yeah, this is like the platform bed.
Bedroom number 2 out here.
I love the walkout. So this is double French doors. Wow, look at that.
We got the biggest backyard in Brentwood.
I love it.
This is the mudroom/laundry room. Laundry hookup here. We'll have a folding countertop coming in tomorrow.
Okay, it walks right out to the garage.
Exactly. Electric car charger. Oh, car charger plugged in.
Nice, I love that.
Hot water heater's all set up.
Okay, beautiful.
And yeah, the garage door opener, it all runs off the same app. I love how you can open the garage and you have a driveway.
It's a lot of space.
It's all about parking. And the driveway is getting, uh, it's all getting epoxy tomorrow.
Look at that. But in premium, uh, in LA, that's premium space right there. All that.
Oh yeah, for 4,000 square feet. But the lot's giant for this area.
Gorgeous area too. I saw how close it was to the school.
