Dr. Will Burghardt

Dr. Will Burkhardt spent a day with Parthiv at eLaunchers mapping his mission, vision, and five-year goals into an actionable plan. Monthly check-ins and annual reviews keep him on track. He says the session compressed what usually takes five years into two.

Hi, I'm Dr. Will Burkhardt. I'm from Boston, Massachusetts, and I came down here to visit with Parthiv down at eLaunchers headquarters, and we spent a fruitful day and a half, really just a day, but we crammed so much in creating this. Kind of my vision, my purpose, my mission, my strengths, maybe my weaknesses, but my strengths to build on. We looked at all these different topics and we just kind of hatched out what it would take to go from where I am now to where I want to be in 3 to 5 short years. And it's kind of incredible what we can just talk through in one day to figure out how I'll get there. So I would heavily endorse Parthiv as someone that's a good use of your time. And I wish I would have done this a year ago, not today. You never know what's going to come out of one day of work and labor and talk. But I'm— very hopeful now that going from here to here is just, it's just a process and it doesn't have to be done in one year. It's going to be done over time. So thank you, Parthiv.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you for your time. And I hope that, you know, other people just like myself, whether you're a dentist or otherwise, you know, just puts the time in because it's all about the time and the planning. And Parthiv really helped me think through this in a bigger way than I ever thought possible in a very short amount of time.
Cool. So you want to talk about what happens next? Talk about the annual meeting, quarterly meeting, monthly meeting, and how are we going to stay on track?
Absolutely. So, you know, You know, it's one thing to have a plan, but I guess the next thing is how do you actually make the plan come true. So we discussed today about having certain benchmarks along the way, benchmarks that will kind of account for yearly, but as the year goes on, checking in monthly on phone calls, checking in quarterly on phone calls, and checking in yearly face-to-face just like we did today to see how we're doing. Either do we need to readjust our target or do we need to set our target a little bit higher because I was able to do in 2 years what most people take 5 years to do. And that's what these meetings are all about. Cool. What are you holding in your hand? Hala. So then we were able to turn this into this, which is something that's a little bit easier for me to digest because I can just look at it in my hands and actually have my Everest diagram and mission, purpose, vision all in one easy actionable location, which is just right here in my hands, which is amazing. And from this, this is really easy to change. So as I change my mind or add to this, it's just easy to work off this Everest diagram.
All right.
Yeah, thank you, Dr. Thank you. Looking forward to working with you. It's gonna be amazing. Thank you.
