Hi, I'm Zora Harrison. I'm the CEO of Ocala Eye. We're a large ophthalmology group located in Ocala, Florida. Ocala is kind of the central area in Florida. We have a lot of retirees in our area, a lot of patients that are in need of our services. We handle about 36,000 patients a year. We're looking to really grow that number, and we're looking to grow that number and the type of patient that is best suited for our practice. So not a patient that found us because their insurance company said, you know, this is the practice you have to go to, but because they said, "I wanna come to Ocala Eye, they are the best." We are the best, but we don't have a real good strategy or message designed to get that out to our public. We have a great word of mouth base out there that I think we can continue to grow and nourish, However, we do have a lack of patient education internally and what I like to call our service line exposure. So we have all these wonderful services that we offer that our patients would love to take advantage of. We do not have a well-designed strategy that makes them aware or out there for our patients to know. And what does it mean that we have an aesthetics department or what does it mean that we do premium cataract surgery. I, Dr. Pollock, one of our providers here at the practice which has a side interest in marketing, he found eLaunchers in part with his connections with a big marketing group and Dan Kennedy, which is just some, like the father of some of these marketing launch tools. He was at a conference and he invited me to come. And he invited me to come last minute because he wanted me to have the opportunity to meet Karteeb. So I did. I got to sit down and we were both excited because of the opportunities that Ocala Eye had. We took a minute to kind of talk about strategy. What do you want from— what would you want from eLaunchers? And I didn't even know the answer to that question. I was actually kind of nervous to have that, that question asked of me. I think talking to Partiv that night, I really found that his personality was warming, and I didn't feel that he was going to make me feel like I didn't know the terminology he was using. He didn't throw words out that I didn't understand intentionally. He used words and then explained what they meant to me as a consumer and as patient, and also as the operating officer for Ocala Eye. So all of those fears about, wow, this is a big step, and this is a big step for any company. None of us are marketing experts. If we were, we wouldn't need these companies, but we're not. So marketing is kind of intimidating. It's very intimidating to me and it's intimidating to our owners. So having the opportunity to sit with Prateev, Dr. Pollock and I both kind of walked away going, wow, We don't even have a strategy together, but we know that this company has the tools to help us come up with a strategy. But then what do we do? So now if we have a strategy or a mission, what happens next? Well, that's another, you know, big dark hole that nobody really wants to go into. But going through this process today, and he flew all the way here from Washington to sit with me and sit with Lindsey, our clinical administrator, and talk to us about, you have a mission, what are you gonna do now? How do you get through that mission? Well, he talked about goals, and he talked about climbing Mount Everest, and we built out a plan. Maybe this plan is gonna go 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, but along the way we'll show our progress. One of the things that made me choose to propose eLaunchers to our board was the fact that he was not a one-stop shop. He didn't say, I'm the best copywriter, I'm the best graphics designer, and I'm the best funneler and I'm the best data researcher. What he said is, I have the analytics side, I understand data, and I have access to all of these different areas that will make you successful. I have the best copywriters, I have the best graphic designers, I have the best analytics and software that you can actually understand if your marketing funnels are working and if they're not, turn them off, and if they are, let's amp them up. That's really why I chose to go with eLaunchers. It was intimidating to have this journey ahead of us because a company this, you know, well established, I was afraid would come in and I wasn't going to be— and the infrastructure we had was not going to be there. But fortunately, we were working with internal controls that we are going to change things and systems internally to allow these external systems to work very well. So the ultimate goal when we sat together today, I just, I really just thought it was for me to know what Partee was going to do for us. Well, I came away now with what we want him to do for us. So I didn't really know that that was going to be my goal, and it was through designs that he came up with today and just simple questions. He didn't ask me questions about marketing that I didn't know. He asked me questions about me that I did know, about the practice that I did know, and about our goals and values that I knew very well for the surgeons that I work for. And I have 10 owners with 10 different ideas, but one common interest, which is great patient outcomes. And, um, we're gonna take that and we're going to make an empire here. We're going to make sure every patient knows that we're here and we have that full exposure. So we've got a big, big plan ahead of us, but that's kind of how we've gotten there today. And definitely, if you were considering why would I choose to have something like eLaunchers or someone like eLaunchers or someone like Parteev in my group to call upon, I would say it's because of the experience and his honesty. He's very vocal. He's not going to sell you something and not tell you how you're going to get there, and he's going to tell you you're going to have failures. And I think that he's expressed those failures are what makes you successful. So there's no false advertising that every campaign I do is going to be great for you and you're never going to have an issue with one. Because if someone said that to me, quite frankly, I would probably know that that's not the right group to go with. So that's So that's my story on why we're here today and how we kind of got there. And I hope it's helpful because I wish someone would have done a little bit of a testimonial before I started. I would not have had as much fear going into this. So I would say my fears were alleviated and we've only been together about 6 hours. Thank you. So that's a job well done. Thank you very much. You're welcome. You're welcome. Thank you.
