Hi! Hi! So we are the 5x team at the Scheduling Institute, and we have the opportunity today to work with, uh, Park Team. And, uh, we are actually located in Atlanta, Georgia. We're really excited. We had Pardeep come earlier in the month, I believe, to work with another team here at the Scheduling Institute, and it was great for them to work together because based off of that relationship, we decided to bring him back and have us— have him work with us on how he can help us.
Okay, so, um, so I actually met Pardeep at, um, a Dan Kennedy event, and I was there with Carrie, who's our platinum product manager, and learned a little bit about his business and how he could help us take our next in growing our department. So once he met with Carrie, then we are— we were ready to go ahead and take a shot at it too. So we had a great day.
And what did we do today?
So we built out a sequence today for our 5X members, which are our elite members, the highest level of engagement that you can have at the Scheduling Institute. We built out a sequence to, I would say, primarily ensure maximum retention first and foremost, and to make sure that we are over-delivering and not only building trust trust, but elevating trust as we go along. So those communication touch points are so important for that. And we were— we— I just found so much value in today. I'm so excited about what we're gonna do next with the content.
Yes, now that we have the content, a lot of our sales and ascension built into the sequence, I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them to get a project timeline and a game plan, as well as some copywriters, some sales copywriters, to fully kind of build out sequence and get it going live.
So if you have this experience as well, then I highly recommend you come with an open mind like a sponge that's ready to take in a lot of different ideas that you now are going to go implement and grow your business. So be open-minded and just excited about some new, really creative ideas that you probably never would have thought of yourself.
