Hello friends. A few weeks ago I posted about taking a day off from worrying. I said, give yourself permission to take a day off from worrying. I don't know about you guys, but I worry more than I probably should. Worry about the future, worry about things that are out of my control.
And I realized the other day as I was falling asleep, I just need to give myself permission to not worry. I'm just going to bed the next morning. And that night I went to bed peacefully because I gave myself permission to just take a night off of worrying. The next morning I woke up and I'm like, how about I'll take the whole day off of worrying? So I encourage you if you worry, if you stress over things that you can't control, things that are happening regardless of what you do, or things that are inevitable, whatever you worry about, give yourself permission to take a day off. How about today? And then maybe tonight before bed, take a night off from worrying. And then maybe tomorrow do it again. Take more days off from worrying than you actually worry and see what happens. Hopefully it enhances your life. Leave me a comment below if you're committed to take today off from worrying.
