In this YouTube unboxing video, Cheryl McColgan—founder of Heal, Nourish, Grow—shows and reviews a recent shipment from Dry Farm Wines. She explains that the brand offers sugar‑free, low‑alcohol (≈11‑12.5% ABV) wines that are either certified organic or produced via dry‑farming, making them keto‑friendly. The shipment includes a variety of Austrian reds (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch), Austrian whites (Grüner Veltliner, Solaris, Meinklang, Wabi Sabi), and French wines (Bordeaux red, Beaujolais Gamay, French Cochon). She notes each wine’s origin, grape variety, alcohol level, and sugar content (≤1 g/L). Cheryl references her own ketone‑testing video to demonstrate that these wines keep her in ketosis, shares personal anecdotes about drinking Austrian wines while snowboarding, and highlights that Austrian varietals are under‑appreciated in the US. She directs viewers to a detailed article on her website for full testing data, mentions an affiliate offer (an extra bottle for a penny), and explains that add‑on bottles can be ordered later if a wine is liked. The video ends with excitement to try one of the wines that night.

Hi, I'm Cheryl McColgan, founder of Heal, Nourish, Grow, and I wanted to share with you my latest shipment from Dry Farm Wines. If you don't know a lot about their company, they're sugar-free, highly tested, amazing curated wines, and there is a big article about them over at Heal, Nourish, Grow if you want to read more. For now, I just want to show you the types of wines that you get when you are getting shipments from Dry Farm Wines. So first we have Zwiebelt. I'm guessing this is Austrian. Just— yes, it's Austrian red wine, 12.5% alcohol, tested to be less than a gram of sugar per liter. Next one is a Blaufränkisch. That one's also Austrian. I know that because I have had it in Austria, and it's— they're very delicious grapes, highly underappreciated usually by us in the US. And then we have another Zweigelt from Austria. This is dry Austrian wine, it says, also 12.5% by volume. This is one from Bordeaux, so that's France. This one's also a red wine. Here we have another white one. It's a Wasabi Grüner Veltliner. That's another Austrian one. These are all testing out at 12 to 12.5% alcohol, which is another great thing about dry farm wines. They're not super heavy wines. They're very light and refreshing. We have a Beaujolais here, which is a light red from France, 100% Gamay grapes. This is also French Cochon. I like that little pig on the front, right? That's very appropriate for keto. Red wine, 12.5%. This is another white, a Grüner Veltliner. That's again an Austrian wine. This one says 100% organic. All of their wines are also tested to be either certified organic or the process in Europe where they're actually even better than organic because they're dry farmed. Here's another white one. This one's also from Austria, White Solaris, same winery as one of the others. This one is another white Austrian Meinklang. This one has 11% alcohol. And here's another white from Austria, Wabi Sabi. That's like the third one of this fruit. They must have a specific relationship with them at the moment. And then the final one is a Gamay from France, and this one is 12%. So those are the types of wines that you get when you get a shipment from Dry Farm Wines. You can also do add-ons at a later date if you find that you discover a wine that you absolutely love. They will get you more of that one. So I've really enjoyed them. I definitely drink it staying in ketosis You can see my other video about that where I did— actually did testing of drinking wine and testing my ketones. And for the most part, I've enjoyed all of them. There's a lot of different flavors, a lot of Austrian wines, which again I think are underappreciated. I actually have drank a decent amount of wine in Austria when I've gone on a snowboarding trip or two over there. So anyway, if you want to learn more about Dry Farm Wines, pop over to our article about it. It'll give you the full review, tell you what everything that they test for for. And then if you'd like to join, you can get an extra bottle for a penny using our link. So anyway, I hope you enjoyed that unboxing. A lot of French, a lot of Austrian this time. I'm excited to try one tonight.
