if you want to go follow up questions about any of these different categories I'm going to cover. But moving beyond breathwork, we have what I would consider to be the next best thing, which would be some sort of movement. Movement in general is just such a way— good way to reduce stress. Now, if you're chronically stressed, you probably don't want to be going and doing 75 minutes of HIIT training every day. You're going to beat the body down more because exercise is a hormetic stress, and in small amounts, it's very beneficial to reduce chronic stress. But if you're already chronically stressed out and you're stacking all these other stressors like 2-hour workouts, we're doing heavy deadlifts all the time and just crushing your body, followed by, you know, fasting, followed by, you know, tons of coffee and stimulants, followed by a lot of these things that people, you know, are healthy, can be healthy practices, right? But you start to stack all of them together and now you're just jacking up your nervous system, you're jacking up your cortisol, and they're not helping you, they're hurting you.
