A short promotional video (by Ian Ugarte) describing an Invita development project in Brisbane for clients Ben and Leanne: a two-storey, co-living five-bedroom adaptable home designed to nearly triple the owners' rental income. The design includes a downstairs bedroom with universal access for tenants with disabilities, communal living spaces, and a subdivision strategy (selling a front block to release equity and building at the rear). Invita also offers investor support services such as insurance assistance and coordinating fire-safety experts.

So I'm really excited about this latest Invita project we're doing for Ben and Leanne here in Brisbane. It's a co living five bedroom property that's going to almost triple the rent for them in this area.
So they've come through the development consulting service which has allowed them to get help with the subdivision. So we've got a block on the front that they can sell to release some equity and then build on the back and keep that.
This property here would be two stories, the five bedrooms. And the other thing that Invita is certainly aware of is that the potential tenants, it could be a disabled person. So our design is such that one of the bedrooms downstairs has what we call universal access.
So like all Invita projects, this one is an adaptable home which will allow for universal access. Anyone with a disability can access part of the home. And it just has a lot of different variety or options that people can use this type of housing for. So we've got the entrance here with stairs going upstairs to three bedrooms. Downstairs is going to be a communal area at the front with the kitchen and laundry. Access to the drying rack on the side and a path to the back. The area tree where they can relax, tenants can relax and chill out. And there's going to be two bedrooms downstairs.
You need to get the right insurance. Invita could help with that. And in terms of fire safety, Invita would also look after the correct fire experts to come in to negotiate all those safety regulations for you as an investor.
Very exciting project. I think it's going to go really well. The rooms are big. I can't wait to see this finished.
So for anyone looking for any project or any investment in that spectrum, I would suggest get in touch with Inveda.
