Here at Invita, we've got multiples of services that we can provide for you as an investor. Depending on your situation and what financial ability you have, we could direct you into a different set of circumstances that will get you a different set of outcomes. Our first outcome is that we can find you an existing property as a buyer's agency and we can convert that property and that property will be designed by myself and my team so that the cash flow will be best for you and will also be beneficial to the residents as well. You, you might have an existing property that you want to bring to the table and if it's in our lane, we're quite happy to help you to redesign and do the services and do the conversion. Our conversions take as little as four weeks on an existing property from the time that we move in to the time that it's photographed, furnished and ready to be rented to the market. We find you house and land packages which have purpose built properties that we build with our designs via our team of builders so that you can get that cash flow and a great depreciation schedule as well. And we do also offer the ability to handhold you through some development consulting work where you will do all the development consulting, but we will actually help you step the pace through the application all the way through to the back end. And once that subdivision or whatever development application you want to go through council happens, we can then help you at the back end with a build and a full price for us to do the build into a co living property. For you, I've got an education program and it will teach you every part of the co living process so that you understand what your investment's doing. For some people, they just want to say I've got a co living property and it's got me the cash flow and that's all I want. But for some others, they want to know what's happening in that property and how it's been put together. As part of Invita, you'll automatically be included in the membership so that you can get access to that education.
