Sometimes I'm doing an event or I meet up with someone that notices me in an airport or whatever, and they say to me, I am. I've seen you speak before, and I'm ready to get into property. But before I join your education program, I just want to go and buy a property first.
That's not the right order of events because I know, having bought seven properties that were $36,000 negative cash flow with zero education, that I didn't benefit from that.
