Ali Tabrizi, director of the Netflix documentary Seaspiracy, talks with Wim Hof about overfishing, pollution, and how the profit-driven system hides the truth about ocean collapse. They discuss signing a G7 petition, switching to plant-based diets, and using cold exposure and breathing to reclaim control over your health.

I see you're an intelligent man, etc., but don't lose the power of your own passion. Don't lose the power of your love. Your love is going to bring it all. You are a warrior of the light.
Thank you, man. Oh, I'm now certified Wim Hof warrior of the light. I'll put that on my bio. He holds 26 world records for achievements that for most people seem impossible and dangerous.
Nicole is my teacher. To me, it's like God.
He might well be one of the most unique humans currently alive.
Wim Hof is changing scientists' understanding of how the body works.
I created a method. The components are breathing, mindset, and cold.
Wim Hof, the Iceman.
Hi guys, I'm Wim, Wim Hof, and every time I go into the unknown, through my podcasts, exploring, exploring life into the depth, breaking the ice to go where nobody has gone before.
You're listening to the Wim Hof Podcast, a Monk Studios original.
And on my side, my son, Enam. He's here to keep me on track, which he's not able to do, by the way, but He will try it and together we got a great chemistry. And we got Anne, our producer. She makes things really work.
On today's episode, 27-year-old film director Ali Tabrizi will be joining Wim to talk about his mind-blowing documentary Seaspiracy, a Netflix original about the impact of the global fishing industry and the harm human actions cause marine life. After premiering in March of this year, Seaspiracy went straight to number 1 in the UK and hit the top 10 in over 50 countries.
That's the heart. Hi guys, welcome to the Wim Hof Podcast. We're going to have Ali from Seaspiracy here on the podcast. And actually, when I saw it, I was immediately motivated to bring his message forward, right? There were a couple of things he was bringing forward about oxygen, about the way we are living as a society, the way things come forward. We as a society want to do good. We want to connect ourselves to good causes.
There are a lot of people out there. They want to do good. Yes. But people, they are being lied to. Yes. And Seaspirity is stirring up the thing, simply showing what really is going on. If it is factual or not, It doesn't matter. It's a massacre. It's going on. It's killing the generations to come. It's killing the ocean, our oxygen. Our future is being jeopardized, and nobody seems to care more than, "You gotta stay factual. This is about sensationalism," and all that shit instead of having some sensitivity, some empathy for all those animal, beautiful animals Dying unnecessary and then the pollution and all that is up ahead. So I am underestimating, no, understating what is going on is much more than what is being shown up till now. And we, Gotta bring this out.
Time to open the eyes.
Time to open up the eyes and get consciousness, perception for the realities really existent to be able to do something about it for our— for the sake of our future, of our new generations of this world.
Yes, sir.
He opened up a garbage can. That's what he did. And everybody said, no, you can't open up the garbage can like that. You have to do it correctly. Fuck off all. Sorry, it's French, but there is a massacre going on, there's a dead body inside and nobody seems to want to open up the lid. They want to keep it closed.
And people want to do good. And what he brought forward in one of his conspiracies, even us thinking, oh, we're eating healthy, we're doing a healthy, we're having a healthy lifestyle. And actually, maybe we are not eating healthy because there are being put, placed so much garbage within our food. We think it's like sustainable fishing. We get to buy fish with a certificate. And what happens even with such a certificate? It's not about sustainability. It's about something else. And I think that's what's beautiful, what he's bringing the awareness within that.
Yeah, yeah. Our food is being poisoned. That's number one. You know, pollutants, mercury, all the toxins getting into our fish. And then we eat from the fish and we are breaking the the food chain in the oceans and with that we kill the corals.
Let's see, so Annie is going to be on and I'm really looking forward to her best talk.
I love him already because he is opening up the shit hole to be cleansed and let all you good people listening to this, we're gonna serve you with a new consciousness, you know, based on the real reality, on the truth. We are just going for truth. That's it. And we want to breathe.
Is he on?
Oh, not yet.
Yes, yes, yes, let's have him on. That's just my way to cut my dad off. Hi Ali, how you doing?
Hey, how's it going? How's it going?
Great, man. We got some wonderful weather here today. Nice and gray, very typical Dutch.
But I think we got the same cloud We've got the same cloud over us here in the southeast of England. It must be over where you guys are as well.
Yes, it's sort of the same temperature, plus or minus 3 degrees of difference. But welcome, man. I'm very happy to see you here in person. Well, in person in front of me. Your documentary meant a lot to me, to my dad. But I will leave you guys on to— yeah, for the higher picture and the higher idea to create this change, right? Or bring this awareness. So thank you.
Welcome.
Thank you for having me. I'm really excited to get talking. I've been fascinated with your work as well. And really, I think we kind of have this thing in common where, you know, for the ocean conservation world, you know, the film took like a no-bullshit approach. We just wanted to go straight in and understand, okay, what are the things we need to do to improve the situation? And I think that's relating to what you've been doing, Wim, with your method. And it's this no bullshit approach, taking out the dogma and just talking about how simple the solutions are in our daily lives, to the world. And I'm really excited about this conversation.
Yeah, amazing. First of all, yes, I like this no bullshit. This is what Dave Asprey, the Bulletproof guy, asked me in his podcast. Hey, Wim, I never asked this question. 'But what is enlightenment? And please say it in one sentence.' And I said, 'Whole Bibles, Bhagavad Gita, Torahs, Korans are written on this, and I gotta say it in one sentence?' 'Okay.' Here it comes. Just be happy, strong, and healthy, and the rest is bullshit. And you know why? Because we have shown this now in science. The shortcut of, say, to happiness, strength, and health is not out there in buying and selling in this system that is sodomizing the planet and taking us and promising and lying to us. And we give in all the time and we are mesmerized by it, hypnotized. We gotta wake up that this system— for example, in 2014, just to exemplify, we showed for the first time scientifically in a comparative study to enter into the autonomic nervous system and the immune system, which was considered up till then in medical history impossible for humans to do. And we showed it, and with that, They injected us with the bacteria and we suppressed it within a quarter of an hour. And then these professors say this could be a solution for autoimmune diseases, like 95% at least. And what does it take? Deep breathing and cold exposure in a very moderate way, accessible for everybody. And very effective and powerful. Now, if you take autoimmune diseases, which is based on inflammation, inflammation, we have shown in 2014 within a quarter of an hour to bring it voluntarily down. That's it. Now, all the people who have autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc. The cost, and I talk about 2.2 million people only in the Netherlands, in your country, in England, it's even much more. But in my country, it's 2.2 million. The cost of every person who is suffering from autoimmune diseases is €1,000 to €2,000 a month. A month by 2.2 million people.
Yeah, it's shocking. And how much does breathing cost? It's free.
No, it costs very much. It costs a moment. It is for free. And likewise, this is the money system we are fighting right now. They do cover-ups, they promise, and they sell us something that actually is for free. Our happiness and strength and health, that is for free because we are built to be able to have autonomy over our hormonal system, immune system, any metabolic processes in the cell creating energy. So now there is a lack of energy, there's a lot of burnouts, a lot of autoimmune diseases, cancers, depressions. We can all get a hold of that. But that is what the industry not want. Another industry is same money-based way of scheme, lying up, lying up. You need us, you need us, you need us, you need fish, you need fish, you need fish. And then going on the oceans and there is no surveillance because the governments want economy. Whatever way it is going to come in the money, "It doesn't matter, that's what they do." They are not looking for— hypocrites are not looking for control or if it is, you know, if there is some empathy, human empathy inside and love. Love is not there, this is about money. And you made, you did this. You brought it up, you showed the massacre, and now they come up with technical details or something. This is not only outrageous, it's a fundamental, this mental paradigm disease in humans that is killing the planet. And it is, it keeps on going. And you know, the pandemic now, and the spiritual pandemic of the depression. It's all on go. Somebody's gotta stop this, and people like yourself, warriors of the light itself, they come up and steer up, and they fight, and they show guts. And for that, I do respect you enormously. You are the new warrior of the new light, not the rainbow warrior. You are the movement itself, what you have created, this ripple. And we just backing you up and we fight the same fight against the money system, which is without love and only for personal gain of some guys up there. And the rest of the people, like my son said, and he was right, there are a lot of good people, but they are being lied. And now we need to reach them. And the movement, I think it is unstoppable. Our future will be in harmony with nature where people are born to be guaranteed and schooled into happiness, strength, and health. And a happy man doesn't go to war. A happy man doesn't go for possession and into a money system. Having no empathy or insensitivity because money, yeah, I need to get it. How? I don't care. That is going to stop.
I think even with people getting, being aware of it, people want to do good. They want to, they want to like not sodomize the seas. They want to eat healthy. But even—
Well, this is what we found. This is what we found. Because here's the thing. Over the last 30 years or even more, with— since the birth of the, the environmental movement in the '70s, there's never been so many people ready to do something to make a positive difference in their own lives, to campaign for governments. We've got governments telling us they care about this stuff, apparently. And yet, over the last 30 years of so-called sustainable fishing emphasis, we've seen the most levels of destruction, to the point now we're living in a time where our oceans have never been more depleted And yet when you walk into a supermarket, what do you see? Virtually every seafood product has a little blue tick or a little dolphin-safe label saying to you that it's sustainable. Those two realities can't coexist at the same time. One of them has to not be true. The one that's not true is that all— everything's hunky-dory in the oceans and that everything you buy is sustainable. And I think the louder the voices of ourselves trying to, trying to wake people up, the louder the marketing is going to get, the louder the PR stunts and attacks are going to be. The more doubt they're gonna try and cast by splitting hairs over minor statistical changes over what they've done with us. So absolutely, you know, I agree with everything you just said.
Yeah, man, that's why I go through science, because these so-called intelligent journalism, just motherfuckers, and I challenge them anytime. I go to science and then there is no there is a non-speculative element in it and they cannot attack us on it. They can ignore us because they are serving the system, that system that is sodomizing the planet in an industrial light speed, insensitive. It's happening. And I just put— I know them, those journalists will come. They are the sensationalists. Because you stood up the right thing. They have to cover up again with details and not look at the massacre which is ongoing. And with that, I'm going to do a Hollywood film now about this. And then the, you know, the, this discovery which fundamentally has changed the medical science And the way we as humans are able to have autonomy over our, say, happiness, the mood regulation, the inflammation. Last year, 1.5 million people died of COVID Every year people die of inflammation, which we showed to lower within a quarter of an hour. Every year, 60 to 70 million people die of inflammation. And hey, are they looking for natural ways? No, they say mouth caps and you say 1.5-meter distance and restaurants, everything closed, closed, closed. Control, control, control. Because something else is going on. And that right now, I will use Hollywood as a marketing tool. And then I will do 36 1-hour episodes everywhere in the world in transforming people to get into their autonomy, to their self-consciousness, where people are able to guarantee their own happiness, strength, and health, by which we're gonna not swallow all kinds of things anymore because of the system saying you have to have a car, a house, as good girl, as good boy, this and that, and then you are on the top, a predator.
Isn't that what's wrong here? Maybe a system where we live in with a far too much amount of people? Does this system still cope? Because it's driven by money and power. That's what actually— it's not people wanting to damage nature or wanting to— people want to do good for our environment. They want to thrive in our environment. But how do you change that? How do you, for example, go through that barrier, right? How do you, like, you bring things to the light and what do you get? Some people who come with little facts. Oh, this is not like this or this is not like this. No, wait a minute. We have to open our eyes. What we are doing to the seas is wrong. And how do you get there? How do you cope with this, with all this negativity around coming to you to be able to still, yeah, go for your goal, right?
I mean, we knew the challenges we were going to be going up against when we started making this film and started uncovering the powerful interests and the huge lobbying power. And a crazy story, actually, just before the film even launched, no one had seen the film, the National Fisheries Institute, which is like a lobbying group or an organization that represents like 70 or more percent of the US fishing industry, they— there was a document that got leaked and they were saying that they were getting ready to slander the film and discredit the facts and train their staff in restaurants with answers of what to say from people coming to their restaurants and saying, hey, did you watch these? So they were already trying to attack the film before it even came out. And so we also need to recognize that, like you said, mentioning science is incredibly important. Arguing, you know, it's important that you reference the latest science. Unfortunately, a lot of the science we are finding was being paid for by those fishing industry interests. And in fact, a lot of fisheries scientists are paid for by the fishing industry. And, you know, there's this perpetual narrative that's being peddled that the seas are fine and everything's going to be no problem as long as we, you know, sustainably manage them, which doesn't often have a solid definition. As we showed in our film, we went, we went to multiple NGOs, organizations that were involved in this field. We even went to the top commissioner of the environment and fisheries at the European Union and he didn't really have a solid answer what sustainable fishing even meant. And so the lie falls apart very quickly when you just poke a few holes in it. And that's what really came across in our interviews, is that sort of sense of awkwardness just through asking these straightforward questions. But I think when you mention the negativity, the overwhelming response that I've been receiving, whether it's all of our emails or direct messages, it's been incredibly positive. And the ones that are you know, you're saying getting negativity, oftentimes it's, you know, you're talking about maybe like a couple of people or a small percentage of people that's being blown out of proportion by the news who are already biased in that direction, ready to blow it up. Whereas if you look at the preponderance of everything, you realize that the reaction has been so strong in all demographics, not just within people who watch Netflix and people who care about the environment, but, you know, grandparents, children, even celebrities. You know, it's really reached a very wide demographic, and that's why I'm extremely hopeful that we're actually going to turn things around.
You did a great thing, man. Because of you and your documentary, we changed the way we were like doing our merch, for example, which was like polluting. And so what we tried to do is like, well, there was a different company, I'm not going to name names, but they would give back and be totally sustainable, right? And taking 1 kilo of plastic outside of the an ocean for selling one tee, for example, and things like this with also the earnings to give back instead of being taken away. So what you're doing, great. Thank you. Yeah, I just want to say that.
Thing is, I'm happy to hear that the positive feedback is coming to you instead of being overwhelmed by some shitty paid by the fishing industry and these people, kind of journalists trying to discredit through blowing up some negativity. Okay, we can leave that behind then. It's positive. The change, that's good. I'm so happy for you that it is going that way. I love your passion, man. It's great. It's great. I'm also now like I'm reaching out to tens of millions now of people, but I wanna reach out to billions, and it's gonna happen within 2 years. Mark my word. And there we give the autonomy back to the people. It's all based in science, neurological science, in psychiatry, in inflammation, in all these immunology, especially now with the COVID that shit control and whatever they are doing. Hey, oh, okay, I gotta take care what I'm saying. I say this world needs to talk about our inner power, which is there based on science. Far greater control comes there from if we only learn our children in the school about happiness, strength, and health. How to have it, how to generate, activate it, and maintain it. When you get the sack when you're 23 because everything is robotic and this and that, hey, you're still happy, you're still strong, and you are still healthy. And you know what? Unconditionally, it is there. We get extroverted because of this money system to enter into a system that is monetizing everything, and there we go like this, and the competition, we individualize, and in the end we find ourselves when we get this, yeah, there is nothing anymore left. Where is the purpose? The purpose of life is being sold. And I just started with something. When I was 12 years, I said to myself, I look around in the world, I see pollution, I see war, I see abuse, I see cruelty to animals, I see disease, I see depression, and they think it is normal. I think it is sick, and I'm gonna do something about it. 12-year-old, I'm gonna do something about it. I don't know what, I just do it, and that needs to be done.
Yeah, I think if you get caught up too much in the process of how you're going to do it and you over-strategize and you over-plan, you end up just, um, you're like a deer in the headlights because you get overwhelmed. And that's really what the production of Seaspiracy was like. We didn't think about it. We just turned up in Japan with a couple of these, you know, small cameras, like something like this, and just went for it. And we didn't really know what we were doing, but we knew that the story would emerge and the film would make itself. And we just persisted and persisted and persisted for years and years and years, uncovering even more and more. And I think if we were to think too much about it and over-strategize it, it wouldn't have been the same film.
So what, what, what is the next stage? Because I told you already, my goal now is not tens of millions, billions of people converting into guaranteeing themselves, uh, having autonomy over their happiness, strength, and health. The happiness is the mood regulation through hormonal system control. The health is the control over the levels of the immune system. And the strength is the control over energetic metabolic processes in the cell. All scientifically based, we already showed that. That the world is not ready for it and implement it in the schooling system, university books, it's already there because we showed it. We stood up, we went doing things, and now we reach tens of millions. And I think humanity is ready for change, not to stick with the old paradigm. It's obsolete. Ctrl+Alt+Delete, bang, out. 2 years, billions of people. That's my goal. And my son is helping me always.
I have to do the work.
Yeah.
So I'm hearing new things here. I have to step up my game. But also with you, so you started here something, I think a great way of bringing awareness. I'm very happy that Netflix did bring this out for you, which you made this documentary together with your wife, right? So there's a big player in it.
Yeah, we weren't married when we started the project. We were friends and dating, and, you know, like, it was actually— I proposed to her in Amsterdam.
Nice!
Oh, shit! We were on our way, we were on a connecting flight to Thailand to film the Thai slave issue. We knew it was going to be dangerous and I decided to propose. And now we're married and have a kid. Beautiful. But yeah, we made it together. And yeah, it's reached a lot of people on Netflix.
So for you, because there's a petition you can sign?
That's right.
Yes, great. I think we shared it and we're going to share it more and more.
Thank you. Yeah, the petition has already got 600,000 signatures. Yeah, 650,000, even more than that. And it's still growing. And we're going to be delivering this to the G7 summit in southwest England next month. Joe Biden's going to be there. Boris Johnson's going to be there. We're going to be delivering it there. And we've got a bigger campaign coming. And, you know, we're setting up a foundation and we're going to be continuing this investigative work around the world, not just for the oceans, but we've got to uproot so many layers of corruption and get the truth out. And so that's really our mission, is to continue in the light of Seaspiracy and continue to expose even more powerful stories that are sort of at the intersection of those sort of environmental and human issues and just continuing going forward, exposing even more stuff.
One question. Besides signing the petition, watching Seaspiracy, and stop eating fish, for example, I think, or at least fish yourself and eat it if you want to eat it, what can people do at home? Or what is your— what do you want to bring to our viewers? Right.
This is the thing. This is the thing. I mean, the solutions are actually really simple. It's like with, with the breathing method and the cold water submerging, you know, beyond that, I mean, you could, you could try, you know, doing more things and promoting it to your community. But the solutions to these incredibly complicated global issues are actually really simple. And we should take some hope in that. And so, yeah, from, from If we want to protect the ocean on an individual level, what we need to do is, yeah, we need to shift towards a plant-based diet. If that means plant-based overnight, straight away, excellent. If it means that you do it a few days a week, that's great. All moving in that direction is wonderful. And beyond that, we need to, you know, the film is really an engine that's going to keep educating people forever. It's always going to be on Netflix. And that's one of the things that I'd like people to use as a resource to share this with their friends and family, help them you know, understand this issue. You know, it's an entertaining documentary, but it's incredibly educational as well. So watching and sharing the film is a powerful thing to do. And we do need to start lobbying governments to wake up and realize that people are desperate for this message to be heard. We're fed up with greenwashing lies of leaders that say they're going to do one thing when really going to do another. And a prime example of that is what happened a couple of weeks ago Joe Biden said he's going to come out and do a pledge. He's going to, he's going to try and protect 30% of the United States land and sea by the year 2030. Everyone says fantastic job. Wow, what an amazing thing to do. Now, there are some good things about the pledge. However, 26% of the United States waters are already in a marine protected zone. So this would only mean 4% increase of marine protection over the course of a decade. It's not enough. Now, when you look even further, you realize that marine protected areas doesn't really mean a lot. They still allow fishing. What we really need is a no-take zone. Leave it alone.
Right.
And so we need to, we need to start lobbying governments to actually make tangible, clear solutions and make them available and enforce them. One of them is we need to protect 30% of our seas by the year 2030. The next one, we need to end those fishing subsidies that the government is taking all our taxpayer money and giving it to the fishing industry to the tune of $20 to $35 billion every year. I believe that's more than the net profit of some of the big Silicon Valley companies as well. So they're getting a huge amount of money. And if you look at what the United Nations state would take to combat world hunger, it'd be $30 billion. We could combat world hunger with the amount of taxpayer money government's giving to the fishing industry. The most destructive industry in our oceans. And the money goes to increasing the size of their nets to catch more fish, increase the size of the ships to hold more fish, paying for their fuel, paying for their fishing licenses. And this is all mine and your money going towards supporting something that we would never agree with. So if we want to go further, yes, we need to petition governments to do that. But it starts with ourselves. The change has to start with ourselves.
People need to know simply the these facts. You keep on going, banging on the door of ignorance or not knowing and informing people of the right facts. The politics is money-driven, power-driven, and they are being infected by the lobbyists of the industry, whatever industry it is, it is always money-driven. And we are made to believe that we need money to be happy and strong and healthy. We are like dependent on that system that makes people go to a doctor, do all kinds of— yeah, eat the wrong food because of advertising and get into meat eating, fish eating, while the algae, as you said in the documentary, documentary is these— is what we need for the omegas and all the good stuff. And the toxins and the pollutants and the mercury, etc., gets into the fish. It creates neurodegenerative diseases. That's what we do with our planet, not only, but also with our children. It's like we do not love our children and the The system is not into us for love. It's into there to have customers and to keep on going. So what I do is bring back the unconditional power to be just happy, strong, and healthy without the aid of money-driven articles or anything like that. And that way we're going to stop. And it doesn't depend on being, say, politically left or right. It's like the right and the left wing are the two wings which the bird is able to fly. People do not know anymore what is happiness, what is the purpose of life, what is the soul. What is empathy and love? They don't know. So you keep on banging on that door, I keep on— in 2 years, billions of people, I will make them having autonomy over themselves. We just keep it simple. I don't want to lose myself too much into rhetorics and look how politically intelligent my journalistic investigation has been in all kinds of— Fuck you. I want love. Don't fuck you. I want love. Love for the planet. I love everybody, every living being I love. And it is time that we now neurologically, like 50 years ago, we did the Apollo rocket with the Houston, the Cape Canaveral, with the spacecraft in the sky. It's— an iPhone has more bytes than the whole project together. That is the fruit of our mind, our neurology. Now it is time to consciously learn to tap in and to take over without need of anything out there our happiness, which is the control over the hormonal system, our health, the control over the immune system and the energy processes in the cell, that is health, happiness and strength without the aid of anything else, in harmony with nature, because the nature provides us with oxygen, like disease. And now what is happening now is completely— it's the old paradigm. It's going to stop. It's going to stop. That is my goal. It's your goal as well. And many more or more people like yourself Warriors of the light. You know, the light is a nervous system, is neurology. And that is feeling good instead of depressed and having the need to be pulled out because of advertisement and lies to make money and all that. No, unconditionally just to be there. That's what I want to guarantee for my kids, for the future generations. In harmony with the clean nature outside, because this is the most beautiful spot in the universe and we need to take care of this.
Well, I absolutely— I really do think that the sort of the inner journey and the outer journey are very connected, and I don't think we're going to be able to solve this problem with a bunch of unhappy, miserable, depressed, sick people. So, you know, I believe that it works in tandem. I was going to ask you, do you think that part of the reason why we've gone down this road for so long, for, I mean, for several decades, is some of the most destruction? And yes, it's coincided with globalism and things like that. But would you say that it's possible to advance the conservation of the natural world while simultaneously being, you know, sick and fed up and depressed? Like, what importance do you think that that has on creating warriors of the light, as you say?
Yeah, look, this t-shirt. I, I, this is one of my paintings. This is Africa. I'm doing the Garden of Eden project right now. That means I'm working with the Maasai. The Maasai have no religion. They have the lion. They have respect for nature directly. They are like natural. The world is beginning to get, Western influence is beginning to get into the Maasai. And do strange stuff and suddenly the circle of life over there in Kenya, Tanzania with the Serengeti, the circle of life, the beautiful songs and the Lion King and all that romanticism, right now they are killing, killing the circle of life. And they— so we are in paying, financing wealth. So water comes up. And when the water comes up and there are thousands of, or a million, hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras, they go on, they poo, and they fertilize the ground. So there is enough grass for the cattle and the wildlife. They never touch the wildlife. That's their policy of the Maasai. And then I want to create tourism to go over there and not in jeeps and protective vehicles, but walking to become natural again, because then we are able to face the lion in, of course, under the surveillance of the Maasai warriors. They, yeah, as rangers, they go with us. And then we have a Garden of Eden. That means even in the most hostile, aggressive, state of nature wherein the lion is there and you are here. We are able to coexist even in that situation. And there is a natural, a natural being in us coming back, and that is going to be now consciously, naturally. And this is what I'm showing in brain scans. We are able to to overcome these deep instincts which makes us meat eaters and fish eaters because we are the top predators. I know we are fucking shit because we use machines to kill all of them. We have to learn to use the same thing now to get a hold of this aggression inside, which is not being able to get a hold of our behavior, and the whole industry is advertising so we keep on, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, how do you say, still the hunger for being the top predator in the world. And there we are, and you got it. So you are a man, you eat like a man, and all that. These are shit-assholes who don't know how— no, I know them, I know them. Okay, I'm sorry for my French. Then the thing is, once again, once again, so if we go back, you know, to the question, I almost forgot the question, but are we able to go on the way we are and then sustain nature? Absolutely not. We have to change. And I tell you, I'm going to reach 2 billion people. This is just me and you and, you know, We are talking here, coming like friends, like men. We are just humans to rise in the middle to say there is a massacre going on, guys. Not details, it's not a little bit, no, the whole thing over there, it's burning. When Australia— hey, shut up. When Australia was on fire and a billion animals died, right, I didn't hear anything. It just goes on when it is bleaching. They don't give a fuck. And that is what is going on. And then they get these journalists come and say, this is not right, man. It's a shithole and we gotta clean it up. And this is the way we are going to do it, with passion.
I think technology and the Western society has brought very good things also, but We're now at the stage that these so-called good things, what it has brought, is now actually making us unhealthy. It's making us dependent. And with the whole individualism going on, people on their phones, losing touch with their families, with their community, losing touch with nature. Our grandparents, my grandparents, they planted trees for their grandchildren. All that is getting lost. So bringing back a certain awareness towards that connection with nature, and having people feel that people are fed up with being depressed. People don't want to be depressed or having hunger or whatever, even in their so-called comfortable life of this Western world, is people are even less happy than within the third countries where all this technology doesn't exist. Right. So how can we do that? How can we bring that awareness?
I think it's a feedback loop. I really do think it's a feedback loop. And I think there's a concept concept that I learned while making this film from, from some marine biologists and scientists, conservationists, was this concept of generational amnesia. So for you growing up in wherever you are in the world, you look around and the amount of trees and the amount of wildlife and the amount of how clear the ocean is, is what you base for your— for the rest of your life. So as you get older, as you see the diminishment, you say, hey, there used to be all this wildlife. And look how much has been destroyed in my lifetime. But when you look at your grandparents' generation, they had a different benchmark. And so it goes on, and we forget what used to be here. And to, you know, when I made this film, before this, I'd never seen pods of dolphins swimming in the ocean for free, you know, that were free. I'd only seen dolphins in a tank, in a swimming pool, in SeaWorld. And when I saw them for the first time, you can't help but feel extremely happy. All your worries are gone. You're You're looking at some of those incredible species leaping out of the ocean. And I think when you have a diminished environment, a diminished landscape, a diminished ocean, it feeds back into something very primordial within us that is used to that interaction with the natural world. And all we're left with is these concrete block towers and oceans that are now turning brown and green and forests that don't have any sound anymore. You can't hear the songbirds. It's all feeding back into the same concept of sickness and disease. And we're like a, you know, we're like a plant that's been put into really bad soil. You know, it's just not possible. So yeah, we need to, we need to approach this from, from both the inner and the outer dimensions as well.
Exactly. And they saw where if you go into cold water, what nobody likes, because everybody likes comfort zone behavior, And then in depression, there is a deficit of noradrenaline and dopamine. If you go into cold water, that means sort of a sacrifice of yourself. You got to go out of your normal way of paradigm of thinking and all. Ooh, it's cold. Hey, you know what happens if you go into cold water? 530% of and noradrenaline spikes, 250% of dopamine spikes. Nobody is telling about that. And there is a spiritual pandemic of depression going on all over the world. If everybody just takes a cold shower, I always say it funny, a cold shower a day keeps the doctor away, but there is so much more behind it, only I give it by little baby steps. Steps until I'm fed up and I say, get the fuck into the cold, man. If you want to feel good, if you want to feel the way nature meant you to be, then get into the cold water because then you're going to be humble and you're going to feel so good. And this is what you say about looking at dolphins out there instead of a tank. Man, that tank is killing me. When I see it out and I'm so, wow, wow. That is antidepressive, guys. That's the way nature should be. So we need to get back into harmony with nature, but we got some hurdles to go. In 2 years, billions of people, I'm gonna, that's my goal because I wanna leave the bullshit. I wanna leave the rhetorics. And do it.
People are searching for some connection again. I remember when we were little, you loved to go to the animal zoos, and they're caged also, but the feeling you got with seeing these animals and feeling like a little bit of touch in nature within this whole Western society where we're like, yeah, stuck away in our houses and outside of nature. It's a great way.
Exactly.
But right, there is a middle way somewhere.
Well, they always say, hey, look at how cruel it is to have that orca or that dolphin in the tank. Hey, they're meant to be swimming 100 miles a day. Look at human beings, right? We're in a— we're in our bedrooms or in our offices or in our houses. We are like the dolphin in a tank for most of our lives. We're desensitized. We're constantly stimulated from this blue light from our laptops and our screens. Always got noise going on. Our phones are going off. We're not going out in nature anymore. We're not walking, we're not running, we're not in the ocean. So we should feel just as sorry for ourselves in some ways as the dolphins and the killer whales, the orcas, except for we do it to ourselves. The dolphins and the orcas don't put themselves there. We've done that to them. And I think it's an extension of wanting to put things in boxes, which humans are really good at doing.
So, yeah, we are wrongly schooled. So I go back to primary school. Won't we have implemented happiness, strength, and health as the most important subjects to be learned, to be adhered in the primary school? That is the schooling system instead of going to fit into a system that right now is bringing us to the abyss of extermination of humanity itself, besides of all the animal species and the nature. It's— they are sort of— this blindness is going on, and we got to wake up from this hypnosis. Simple. And now, because nobody was listening to me for 45 years that I'm saying this, I go through science. And through science, there is no speculation left anymore. Now it is a question how to bring it to the world. And that's my process right now where I am into. Just to be effective because you're right, you can be, but you need to be acknowledged therein. So I think 600,000 signatures, I think it is still just nothing. It's little, but I want it to be 600 million, at least 6 billion, man. And so I go for that. Please go for that 'cause it's there. Don't be limited by what, oh, ciphers say numbers, oh, maybe I did something wrong. Fuck that. You just go into the love and use the unlimited power of your mind. Love is the unlimited power of the mind. That's your passion. So put that behind and the numbers will suddenly exponentially, you don't know how, then the magic is going to happen.
It's great.
Hey man, power is with us. I love what you do and you're very well funded and grounded in what you do and the way you get out in this conversation also. I see intelligent man, etc. But don't lose the power of your own passion. Don't lose the power of your love. Don't get into the intricate details of the complicated way of things and the political correctness, fuck them out of there. Your love is gonna bring it all. You are a warrior of the light.
Thank you, man. Oh, I, I, I'm now certified Wim Hof warrior. I'll put that on my bio. Um, I want to ask you a question, Wim, you know, like what, you know, your backstory of like what, what, what made you have this passion and your, your tenacity for approaching this in such a no-bullshit way. Like, what happened in your life? Like, what was the— was there a moment for you, like a pinnacle that—
I'm here with my son. I'm here with my son. My wife, my first wife, with whom I have 4 children, she had an emotional decline and she got into psychiatry. She got injections, she got pills and medicines, therapies, etc. It was only declining. Declining. The moment that she decided to take her life because she could not stand the terror inside is when she kissed the kids when they were like from 12 to 7 years in bed, goodbye, and she jumped from 8 stories down. That is as deep as you can go as a human. You are— we were left heartbroken, we were left without the mother, we were having little money, and society just keeps on going. So you gotta comply to whatever daily life is there. That's a kind of a pressure. And what I did was going into cold water. Why? Because the only time I would not feel this emotional agony, agonizing going way in my head and my body was going into icy water. It's when you survive, suddenly you shut down. You are just surviving. And that gave me this opening. Hey, I can control, I can take it away a moment. That really gave my body a moment to opening for healing. My kids, I always say, they made me survive. The cold water really healed me. And then years after, I became very energetic, a lot of energy, always enthusiastic and doing all kinds of things, having a little money. But I think my kids had a great youth. And then, yeah, yeah, okay, okay, okay. That's all right. We can discuss this. Thing is, thing is, later I began, because of this, I began to become so good with the cold water. And cold water, icy water, is very aggressive. It's a great physical impact on the body, which needs a lot of mind control, mind control and adaptive power, active activated, awakened inside. And that made me able to do things, records, 26 world records and many more other challenges. And then going attract the attention of scientists, the scientific world, maybe see what he can do with the injection of an E. coli bacteria, which normally makes people sick because that's our understanding in medical science. But we are exploring. So they did that after 16,000 people who became sick, suddenly a person who did not became sick. And then they said, "But you are the Iceman." And he said, "No, let me, give me a group of people and I will show I can make these people do the same." 'Cause it's innate. We are born with an immune system, only because of our comfort zone behavior, it weakens. When I go into the cold water, I test myself, I mirror, I activate deep physiology of the mind and body. And that suddenly they injected me and I had no symptoms. And in the blood they saw me bringing down the inflammation. And then I got a group, finally, a long story short, I got the group 4 days later, I trained them And 4 days, 4 days later, they were in the hospital, 100% score, all 12 of them. They completely like no symptoms. And then they saw the blood that they had lowered their inflammation more than significantly. And now inflammation, once again, 60 to 70 million people die of inflammation everywhere. So who wants to know a natural way to kill that instead of side effects of pills, medicines, and they die anyway. But with this natural method, amen, this would change it all. But the money is there. So the way I got there, through the death of my wife, being hopeless, first the inflammation was it, and then in Detroit I showed brain scans how to just by the mind using the power of intention, your thought, making cold water, which is stressful for the body, and that makes certain kinds of areas in the brain activated and all, how just by using the power of thought, my will, make cold water, icy water upon the skin Skin temperature not going down. That is the first time showing that through the will we are able to fend off physical stress. We are never schooled therein, and they knew nothing about this. But I am once again the first one to show that. And now they say, and they published it in the scientific, so it's science. We found, now we have the compelling evidence So it's dramatic. The compelling evidence of the key components of the autonomous processes, the autonomous processes in the brain related to mood regulation. They say this is a transformational technique that will change mental health care. And that's what I wanted because when I lost my wife, I was hopeless. But now I'm able to show the world for anybody who's in that stress and that terror because of this fucked up system full of money-driven people who are so insensitive. Some people are just beautiful people and they get in the wheels of it and they become depressed. And then they get into the system and even then the system is there to make money out of them, to squeeze them even more. Until they die or suicide or live their miserable, inequality kind of life until they completely die spiritually as well. And all that is going to stop. We're going to bring back, give back people the autonomy the way Mother Nature meant it to be, to be in harmony with nature outside and the nature inside, all coming together in peace.
I wanted to ask you, was the trauma that you experienced from like maybe like a Jordan Peterson archetype perspective? Do you really— do you think that the trauma of losing your wife cracked a lie that you might have believed within storytelling? And I mean, any film, anything from a documentary to Toy Story, the leading character usually has a lie that they believe, and it's that lie which has been holding them back. And the reason why they usually have that lie is something called the ghost in your past, something that happened to you which, which reinforced this belief structure around something. And it usually isn't until a key moment within a film that during the climax of emotional peak of the film, that some kind of traumatic event or some kind of moment is enough to make the character believe the lie that they've been believing all this time has been holding them back. And it wasn't until that moment that they finally see the truth and that they are transformed. Do you believe that, that for most people that, you know, they're not going to be able to access this, this, this truth unless they go through a traumatic event? Like you say, in that cold water, they kind of sacrifice themselves to the water. Do you believe the trauma or the pain pain is just as important as the breathing therapy itself?
Absolutely, absolutely. I'm doing right now the studies with the top researchers on the DNA with this method, and depression as well is another study, and bipolar is another study, and there are pending publications coming out. So it all proves itself every time again. We lost the purpose of our archetypes, we lost our ancestry, we killed the natives already for 3, 4 centuries since we began with our colonial journeys out there, taking what is not ours, claiming that this is our land now. The people who are living over there, who cares? We killed our nativeness, we killed our our ancestry, those natives who say, I bless you, forefather, 7 generations before and the 7 generations to come. That sacredness, we killed it. And now we got this money system, which is the same system. It started over there with the currency and slavery and all. And now we find ourselves in a big mess. It's going to be now the time to wake up. And I think I found the keys to do so. And I had a podcast before this with Jordan Peterson. And you know, I'm not talking bullshit. I'm talking— I've been talking from scientific. I know I can meet scientists anytime, Nobel Prize winners. I can meet them because I'm right, because I came from nature, not out of the books. I'm not repeating what has been involving through books and some experimenting in laboratory. I went out in nature and found things we have lost.
But after your trauma, so the way you grew us up, school was so important for you, for us to finish our studies. Yeah, that was so important for you before the death of my mom. But you also grew up in a family where school was important. But being part of this society was important. And then happening what happened with, with mom, seeing that how, what works in this society, what do they do to, to get rid of that, of her problems, which obviously didn't help. You needed trauma to open the eyes or needed trauma to not have the eyes closed anymore. And that made you go into the cult.
So was trauma—
Yes, there was definitely a wake-up moment, I think, at least as how I interpret it.
Interpreted.
And, and, but do we need that trauma for people to see?
Yeah. And is that what the ice water does as well? Because breathing as well is like pranayamas for Indian culture has been going on for thousands of years. But I think what, for most people, they can't get out of their headspace. And I believe that what you've tapped into with cold water is enough pain, yes, that it creates a sense of trauma clears the mind so that they can then focus on breathing properly?
Thing is, it has been shown that the neurology— and this is the important thing— the neurology is able to create new neurological pathways from our willful control within our brain to the deepest part of the brain. And that is through ice bathing. That is the pain center and the cannabinoids and the dopamines and the serotonins. And then you get into unconditional being because you have suddenly access again to what makes you feel good. In my— in the case of my wife, I did not— I was not aware how to bring her neurologically in connection what makes her feel good. But now I know, and now I'm able to bring this to millions of people. I'm ready now for billions. Because we have constructed through science, not just exclaiming, "Hey, here I am, and I know liberty and love and the flower power is gonna be," but now based on science. So who doesn't want to be happy if he would have access to the cannabinoids, dopamine, serotonin, and all that? So that's why we're doing it.
I find it fascinating that it puts this scientific data is affirming the more traditional archetypal spiritual approaches to this, which is in order to, you know, like get the, get the stone or get the sword in the stone or something, the knight has to go to the darkest point in the forest, in the thorny trees. You need to go through the darkness and through the pain in order for it to somehow wake you up. It's like, it's like you need that dark and the light you need to go through that trauma or that pain. And I wondered what other thoughts you had of like how comfortable we're all living. And I think because we are living in such comfort, are we becoming dull? Are we becoming desensitized? Is that comfort killing us?
It absolutely is. I got a friend, Chris Ryan, he has got this t-shirt. It says, "Civilized to death." And that is what has happened. Happening. We are only using certain parts of our brain and not anymore, say, the brainstem, limbic system about love and unconditional love. We don't know what that is. This is all, who are you? What did you do? What is your hierarchical position? And how do I have to address? It's always cognitive. But hey, man, what is the best feeling in the world? When you are in love. So the thing is, it happens at that moment, but we lost the ability to love life like that. And that's what I'm bringing. I'm bringing love for life, unconditionally being there. And then on top, you get families and this and that. Otherwise, what are we showing our kids if we are not able to show them what is— how to guarantee happiness, strength, and peace? Out, a shitty world. And this is gonna— it's now over. So the science is done. Now it is time for the sense. And how? I'm going to use Hollywood. I'm going to use 36 episodes and get out to billions of people that we found the unconditional ways to go back to who we are by Mother Nature's laws. And we are born with it, and it's a Amazing. And now we have the neurological capacity, not 50 years ago, it's now. And you see the turmoil in the world, it's asking for it.
Yeah, yeah, it was. I'm just fascinated with it. And I think that it, you know, your story is so compelling because you've gone through that trauma now and you're, you're able to— I mean, the ice, the ice water thing is so fascinating. And I know you've talked about how, how you came across ice water in your other work, but I just find it very, very interesting that the key to this unlocking is through some pain. I just think that's a really interesting story, like from a storytelling perspective. But I also wanted to explore, you know, this, this has clearly been a big problem, this, this, this comfort that's killing us. And I just wondered like what your thoughts were on, on education and kids and how we can get to people at a young age so they can carry these skills throughout life. I've got a 1-year-old and, you know, the schooling systems— I didn't enjoy school growing up. I find it very— I couldn't relate. I didn't quite fit in. And I just wondered if you had any thoughts on how to implement the skills that you've learned and the methods that you've learned.
Thing is, I'm a dropout of school as well, but I'm filling the gaps of medical science. And changing it fundamentally, 'cause there's something fundamentally going wrong already a long time. And I wasn't having a nice time in this yucky way of schooling to get into a position. The higher up you go, the more you can earn. And a carpenter is lower than somebody up there, things like that. That always bothered me. It's quite a— I didn't like it, so I was a dropout. What I see is very simple. Our kids, why wouldn't you as a parent, any parent, that means the mother in Baghdad is the same as in New York, they just want prosperity, a guarantee for their happiness, and for their strength and for their health. So I call that love composed by those 3 elements to make it— to break it down and then to make it scientific that it is there, that we are innately capacitated to have a much better control over our happiness, strength, and health only because we get into the system which is sodomizing the planet but also sodomizing the people who are into that system and they are dulling them, they are making them not aware of their own autonomy because you can't manipulate them. The industries got so much into our schoolings and happy for you that you didn't feel okay therein intuitively, instinctively. Me too, I didn't take it. So, What I say, we have to show scientifically that the best thing for our kids is that they have a guaranteeable control over their immune system, their hormonal system, and the energetic metabolic processes in the cell creating energy. What else would you give? And this is like you with this film. You give the information. And we need to give the information where people are waiting. They want, but they are controlled by some motherfuckers up there who take all the energy of the people because there is no more energy than the amount of people. But so many people are deprived of money because it got into that system that is manipulable. And we got into that a schooling system, and now it's over. People like you stand up, people like me stand up. I'm going to show it scientifically. Hey, stop, guys. I'm a daddy. I just want something good for my kids going. That's why I stand up, because I feel this is not right. It's my natural right to speak out. And if you don't want to listen, etc., because the system is so I'm going to crush you because I'm a dad.
So maybe a thing is like for the people, like, okay, we love the planet, we love the animals, something we can relate to. We don't want the animals to be in pain or hurting, but we also like our comfort. The moment we get to see and be aware that all that world, nature is going to live on, man. When we die. So the only ones we are hurting is ourselves within the whole behavior we're doing. And maybe also that a way to how can you show that? How can you make people feel that, hey, what we're doing, so-called comfortable way of living, like my dad says, like, hey, if you are always like within 37 degrees and then some sickness comes in or some you get weak and you get beaten. A little bit of discomfort. How can we show that, hey, by letting loose of our so-called comfort or need for comfort will bring us real comfort, right? Within ourselves, within our own environment.
Exactly. This is what I'm doing right now with the San Francisco University. It's called hormesis. Hormesis is self-inflicted acute stress. It is short period of stress. It's like a vaccination. Something good. If it is long-term, it's not good, but it's chronic. But if it is short-term, then it works like vaccination. Then all your systems are at work, connected to the neurology of your will. That needs to be schooled. And there we are.
So do you think that they should teach, just like in India, you know, they do pranayama and meditation Do you think that should be something that is taught more in schools and through kids? And also, I'm really fascinated with, you know, I listen to your Russell Brand podcast and you're going into seeing chakras. And I thought that was really like incredible that you just said it outright and without the esoteric bullshit. And I just wonder if you could talk a bit more about that and the Halls of the Thousand Bells and things like— I'm really fascinated by the sort of internal process and how that happened.
Yes. First of all, oh, sorry. Yeah, first of all, it's very simple. So you do these breathing techniques we got in our app, which is very simple. You do this and you do it intensive. So it's like you lie down, especially when you lie down, it's very nice. Then your body is able to relax. A relaxed body is able to store up oxygen. To alkalize the body, you will see very rapidly that you could see it with test little papers that you become from acidic in the lymphatic system to alkaline. In science, they thought this is not possible, but now it's a fact. It's a fact. And this is actually the deep basic grounds of the yogis. But it's too difficult the way they brought it. By the way, India is in big trouble right now because they lost their heritage. But that— besides of that, I'm talking with Indians about this, and I know what I'm saying. Thing is, just do the breathing techniques fully in, letting go. Fully in, letting go. You go on a different pace than your conditioning is. So what happens, you're coming carbon dioxide goes out, your body logically becomes, or naturally becomes, very alkaline. And alkalinity is the conductor of light, of the nervous system, of the electrical potentials. What is chakras? Chakras is visible light. But when the system is not cleansed and it is still acidic, it's very difficult to You need—
So, because here's the thing, you know, the New Age movement has adopted this and you've got the sort of charts of chakras and it's very easy to dismiss, whereas you're saying it's almost physical, you can literally see it.
Oh yeah.
During these states.
Oh yeah, easy, easy does it. And it's amazing, it changes 3 times in your head. If you would be here, I would make you within 10 minutes Whoa, it's what— yeah, it happens. Yeah, that's— no, really, really, really.
All right, well, well, I, I'm gonna do it. Let's do it. Let's, you know, let's do some kind of filming thing. I'll bring my wife and my kid. Yes, we'll come over to your center and you can, you can prove to me that I can see chakras. Yes, the whole thing, and, and much Okay, well, let's put that in the diary and we'll do something else with that. That sounds amazing.
Very much welcome to come.
More than welcome. And Warrior of the Light, you're going to see the light.
I'm incredibly excited by the concept of that and the idea of— yeah, so, so because here's the thing that again, bringing Peterson up quite a lot in this talk, he's often talked about unearned wisdom that comes from psychedelic use and drugs and What's your thoughts on that? Should we be staying away from those psychedelics? Should we purely be going through the meditative breathwork? What are your thoughts?
Yeah, I had talks with Strassman on DMT. He said it is— Rick Strassman, professor on DMT. We made a document— or John Chaves, he made a documentary. I'm very much in it. Because I'm showing how to get into gamma waves of the head just by breathing exercises. And it shows in neurological experiments. And I had a talk at a PolyMEX, you know, like mail traffic for a month with Rick Strassman, who was the authority on DMT, dimethyltryptamine, you know, tripping and like in a dream state, see visual, three-dimensional stories and all kinds. And you are in it. That, and he said it's only exogenous. So only by administering, say, ayahuasca, ibogaine, LSD, et cetera, then it is possible. And I said, no, no, no, it's also endogenous. That's why I always say get high on your own supply. And a man, no, it's, yeah, no, those are his, those are his.
Yeah.
Okay. Thing is, for people who are in very deep traumas and psychosis, it's very good to take a little bit of ibogaine or ayahuasca to come out. But it's always external. It's not your body who is generating it. So we have built in a mechanism inside us to de-traumatize ourselves. And that is in the hippocampus, amygdala. And now through the ice bathing and the deep breathing exercises, you get in connection with those areas. We never are schooled therein by normal schooling, but by this schooling, by this simple method, by this simple method, you are able to get a hold of the de-traumatizing mechanism inside, activating, say, dimethyltryptamine, dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, cannabinoids. Cannabinoids, man. Amsterdam, cannabinoids. I mean, we make fun, but it's really there and I'm showing it and it shows itself. Yourself. So what is my take on psychiatry and all and how to use it? There is no need if you would use these breathing techniques properly and to get into cold showers. Just that. I challenge any scientist who will look at this to come forward and prove me wrong.
And we don't need scientists. You need to come over and experience yourself because that's the most, uh, most, yeah, best way to— so we got, we got the solution, we got the answers, we, we are built, we got the answers built in. And I just went for a look inside and saw all the good shit.
But just to get back to you because we're running a little bit over time, my, uh, podcast producer is telling me I gotta Finish it off, but they're, they're having patience. So are there any projects you're still working on, or are there new projects you're involved with? I know one. Look, you are coming to my place. That's a big one. Yeah, it is. We'll make that, we'll make it happen. Yes, you, you— I want you to prove to me that I can act, that chakras are real. That's the challenge. Nice. All right, so that's, that's the one. We'll go moving forward. Let's set a time this year. And prove me wrong. And we don't need scientists. You need to come over and experience yourself because that's the most.
Most.
Yeah. Best way to change. We got the solution, we got the answers. We. We are built. We got the answers built in. And I just went for a look inside and saw all the good. But just to get back to you, because we're running a little bit over time, my podcast producer is telling I got a finish. are going to be living on our social media.
So @Seaspiracy on our social media, especially Instagram, is where we're going to be revealing a lot more incredible facts, knocking on the door of ignorance, showing a lot of the outtakes and the behind the scenes from the film, as well as future campaigns, you know, taking these signatures to governments, keep on petitioning and creating real solutions.
We're going to create more on-the-ground investigative work as well around the world. And beyond that, we'll be continuing to, you know, investigate further explosive stories like Seaspiracy in future upcoming documentaries.
And people will be able to hear about them through my own Instagram page. But mostly we're going to be promoting it through Seaspiracy. And we're going to be starting a foundation, but we're going to announce the news on that pretty soon, but not right now. But mostly what people can do is visit our social media pages and website and sign our petition. That's the best thing we can do right now. That's what we're going to promote, bring on there in the lines and wherever we're going to share it. Anything I can do, we can do, just let me know.
Thank you so much for being here, man. I'll see you in a couple of months maybe, and you can take me down this rabbit hole of the Wim Hof Method.
He's got to prove something. You got something new to prove?
I love it. Oh man, you will see it.
And that, that will be the foundation. We got to bring the light in the people and that it is accessible, powerful, and effective. For every person in the world. Once you see the light, you feel the light. Hey man, fuck off with all the shit you want to sell.
And I'm here. You are the light. For sure. Yes. All right, well, let's film it and we'll put it out there and we can awaken the light in everyone else.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, man. Thank you for being on. Awesome. Nice. You can find short videos of this conversation on the Wim Hof YouTube channel. If you're looking forward to the next episode, don't forget to hit subscribe. Thank you for listening to the Wim Hof Podcast, a Monk Studios original.
