Okay, so yeah, I've been doing the Wim Hof Method now for 10 months. It's been amazing. For many, many, many years I suffered from chronic asthma. So hospital 3, 4 times every year, cortisol injections, 3 different inhalers plagued me. And since doing the Wim Hof, this is the first year I've not been admitted into hospital. And for 6 or 7 months now I've thrown away all my medication. All of it's gone. You know, I was a cynic and I came in and I saw the videos of Wim Hof, the documentary with yourself, and yeah, thank you, thank you.
