Wim Hof decorates his Christmas tree and treehouse, dresses up his dog Zina, and takes his daily ice bath. He says a cold plunge a day keeps the doctor away and invites people to join his Fundamentals course.

Tingle all the way! This is Wim Hof. Christmas time is here and Wim is making preparations. Wim is decorating his Christmas tree. Wim is decorating his secret treehouse. Wim is even decorating his dog Zina.
Come see, come see. Oh, this is cute.
Wim loves his dog.
He loves his chickens. Merry Christmas. Yeah!
He loves his family. Yeah! Wim also loves taking ice baths. But why ice baths? Well, according to Wim, a cold plunge a day keeps the doctor away. Take the plunge. Join Wim's Fundamentals video course this Christmas. Mm-hmm.
