In this short, informal "This or That" segment, Wim Hof (Speaker A) rapidly answers a series of binary preference questions, revealing personal tastes and underlying values. He consistently chooses movies over TV, quiet moments over constant loudness, animals over people, and experience over formal education. His food preference leans toward tacos, and he favors puppies, unicorns, flying, walking, swimming, ninjas, tigers, and dolphins. When faced with moral dilemmas, he prioritizes a single beloved individual over many strangers, and he would rather see the future than change the past, suggesting a forward‑looking mindset. Throughout, his tone is enthusiastic, conversational, and occasionally reflective, offering brief justifications that hint at his worldview—valuing personal experience, imagination, and human relational bonds.

Welcome guys. Welcome back to This or That. We're going to have all the answers and the questions. Is it this? Is it that? What is it? I don't know. But I go. TV or movies? That is movies. Absolutely. Yes. A movie is a great story. TV is just contemporary news. The way the media wants to have things brought about. Not believing so much into that. Loud or quiet? Did you ever heard my voice? It's loud. But to go into quietness sometimes is amazing. I very loudly recommend to go into quietness sometimes. They have to choose one or the other. Let's get loud. Let's get loud. Yes. Animals or people? People behave sometimes like— not like animals, like beasts. Like, not nice. But animals you can always rely upon. I do. I don't like to have a nice little meeting with some hungry a lion right now. You know, it's all relative. But if I had to choose for real between people and/or animals, I say, yeah, difficult one. Animals. Education or experience? I say experience. Absolutely. Boom! Pizza or tacos? I think tacos. Yes. Puppies or kittens? Puppies. Yes. Puppies are crazy adorable. Both are, but if I have to choose, puppies. Dragons or unicorns? I think unicorns. You know, when they become unicorny? No, no, no, no. I like the fairy tales, you know. The narwhal, it has one horn. That is a unicorn. That's where the fairy tale comes from. I like the imagination. That is human. And therefore I like unicorns. Yes. Flying or turning invisible? Wow. I think flying. Running or walking? I choose walking now. Walking, I make a lot of distance all day. Long. I'm not much of a runner right now, so I choose walking. Swimming or building sandcastles? It is swimming. Yes. Ninjas or pirates? Wow, ninjas. Lions or tigers? Tigers. I think tigers, you know, the colors and all. Amazing. Lions are very impressive, but tigers is more my nature. Sharks or dolphins? That is dolphins. Dolphins are so playful, playful, and yes, intelligent. Yes, it are dolphins. Save 100 strangers or one beloved? One. That is a deep hit, huh? What would I do? Instinctively, I would go for the one I know. You know, that's our nature, human nature. Only if I consciously see the whole situation, I might go for the 100 strangers. So the 100 strangers. See the future or change the past? See the future. And that will make change the past. I mean, the past will be changed if you see the future and act upon it. That's what I do. So see the future. Hey guys! Thanks for watching This or That. This or that? That or this? You never know what it is. What it is? This or that? Until you get these beautiful questions of yours. Thank you. See you next time.
