It was a 3-year-old, which is the son of my oldest son. And 6 o'clock in the morning it was, we were all having all the families together in a big house, and he was awake. And he came to Opa's room, to granddad's room, and that's my room. And there I was doing breathing. And he was, what are you doing? I'm doing breathing. But what are you doing? I say, yeah, just Go lie here next to me and do what I do. Because you think you are breathing, but what you do is— Yeah, you don't think about it. But once you think about it, you can breathe deeper than normally. And when you breathe a little bit, you cleanse a little bit. It's new air coming in a little bit. But when you do it deep, then it goes to your toes, to your fingertips, to your to everything and it cleanses your whole body. It's fresh air. And he got it. 3 years old. He's 3 years old, he got it. And now he is doing like I do. Breathing deep. Because then you bring in fresh air. It's very good for your body. It's life force. And so I do that all the time. It's alchemy. It's amazing how that works. When you feel not good, just take a couple of deep breaths. Fresh air in. Refresh the whole thing. Works great. It's for free.
