Wim Hof explains that Raynaud's causes rigid vasoconstriction in your extremities when cold. Skip full-body ice baths, which trigger shutdown of blood flow to hands and feet. Instead, apply cold only to your hands or feet while keeping your core warm, which won't trigger the extreme response.

If I have the so-called Raynaud's condition, that means rigid vasoconstriction in the extremities. Could be the feet, the hands. Those are the extremities. If there is a painful experience and they become white when you go into an ice bath or cold shower, then don't do the cold shower or ice bath, but only the hands. And/or only the feet, because the body has a natural mechanism to close down the extremities if it is fully immersed. But when it is not fully immersed, then the core body temperature stays just fine. There is no sacrifice needed. So if you do the extremities alone, will not shut down, and there ain't no condition will go away. You got that? Just the hands and/or the feet in cold water. That is the way to solve the Raynaud's condition.
