In this brief YouTube clip, two speakers enthusiastically react to a cold-water plunge in the Amsterdam canal during December. Speaker A urges embracing nature, while Speaker B exclaims excitement, directly invoking Wim Hof’s name and describing the icy canal water. The exchange captures a spontaneous, informal celebration of extreme cold exposure, linking the experience to Wim Hof’s renowned cold‑therapy method.
