In this brief monologue, Wim Hof reflects on the surge of videos showing people engaging in cold ice‑bath immersions. He emphasizes that while the practice may seem extreme, it aligns with a passionate approach to life. Hof announces that he no longer feels alone; his "family"—the community of ice‑bath practitioners—is expanding. He describes this growing family as happy, strong, and healthy, and urges viewers to demonstrate to the world that they have mastered and are awakening the deepest aspects of human physiology through cold exposure.
