Wim Hof takes the Yes Theory crew up a freezing mountain shirtless. He cuts through the motivational talk with "one step, another one, and then we reach the top," while the hikers joke they look like ninjas passing other climbers.

Hey man! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow, and let us go! Pep talk! So that's what we do. Yeah, let's go!
Hey, pep talk is over, man. We are just gonna do it. So here it is, and you guys know what to do. Yeah, what is it? One step, another one, another one, and then we reach the top.
When we cross anyone right now coming up or down, they think we're freaking ninjas. It's just like 8 people shirtless walking up this freezing mountain.
