In this informal AMA style video, Wim Hof answers a series of audience questions. He says he would climb Mount Everest again for a $100 million payout, which he would donate to charity, and he would do it in shorts. He explains his approach to skepticism by relying on scientific data and moving from "science to sense." He shares his love for Australia’s Queensland rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef, and expresses a future plan to work on Amazon‑region conservation in Brazil, Suriname, and Peru. He describes his two toughest world‑record attempts: a barefoot half‑marathon beyond the Polar Circle that caused a cold injury, and a breath‑hold ice‑swim where he lost the track under the ice. When asked about qualities he values in Wim Hof Method instructors, he lists love, empathy, power, and the need to "walk your talk." He then outlines his nighttime routine—allowing natural deep sleep for regeneration—and his morning ritual, which includes a deep cleanse, exercise, ice‑bath, repeated exercise, body‑consciousness practices, poetry, healing conversations, and a focus on gratitude. Throughout, his tone is conversational, enthusiastic, and personal, emphasizing authenticity, gratitude, and a commitment to helping others.

Okay guys, welcome back. Questions and answers, let's start. Are you planning to climb Mount Everest again? I would do it any time if they pay me $100 million. And that $100 million, at least, will be donated to charity. Only then I will climb Mount Everest in my shorts. Oh yeah. Yeah! How do I deal with skepticism even though science has been done? Wow, that's a good question. How do I deal? I just keep on going. Because if you see it through the science, data, just there, no speculation, why should you be skeptical? I'm so sorry, but I keep on going from science to sense. Hail to the truth. What is my favorite country? So little I've seen of this world, yet I think also a whole lot. So many beautiful places. Right now we just came from Australia and the northern part of Queensland with the rainforest and the Barrier Reef. Wow, what a beautiful place. What countries I would like to visit in the future? That is Brazil. Brazil, and I will be going there and to get into the project with the Amazon, the lungs of the Earth. Trees don't know borders. Trees provide oxygen. They are the lungs of the Earth, and I want to be there and contribute with all my power for the preservation of the Brazilian, the Surinamese, the Peruvian, all those countries connected to the Amazon. That Amazon I'm going to. What was my hardest world record and how did I manage to achieve it? I would say two. One is the half marathon barefoot beyond the Polar Circle, which inflicted a cold injury after 18 kilometers. And the other one is where I lost the track under the ice, swimming breath-hold in my shorts. Those ones. What the fuck? Yeah, come. Sorry guys, I got to move the location because my neighbor is into lawn mowing and apparently he loves it. Here we are back. Questions and answers. To be there is the answer. What kind of qualities do I like to see in the Wim Hof Method instructors? Love. Empathy, power, and walk your talk. People are going to see that, recognize it. Walk your talk. It's great. What is my nighttime and morning routine? In the night, I go after giving my best during the day, then sleep comes automatically, naturally. It's coming in. And then I'm going to love this sleep. I love to doze off into regeneration, reparation, into the dream state, into the deep, deep sleep. Regenerate and get my batteries loaded to start off from the morning fully energized. Starting with a Going deep. Cleansed deep. Of all the processing during the night. There is chemical residue. I get rid of it. I feel great. Then I do my exercise. And then I'm doing my ice bath. And then I do my exercise again because it feels so good. It's all body consciousness. To feel your body. They make beautiful music and sing. Yeah! Whatever, you know, coming to me and do poetry, talk to people, do healings, talk more to people, help them, they help me. I always say Your healing is my success. That's what I want of you. Gratitude. That's the morning ritual. Gratitude. And then start off the day, into the day. Receive it all. Hi guys, thank you very much for having asked me, asked Wim, You know, come on, man, keep on shooting questions. I like to answer. Hey there is the answer.
