Wim Hof picks the guitar as his favorite instrument because you can take it anywhere. He loves piano but you can't carry it up a mountain. The mouth harp fits in your back pocket.

My favorite instrument is the guitar. Why? Because I'm able to take it everywhere. A piano, I love it, but it's a little bit difficult to climb a mountain with a piano on your back. I mean, I like traveling, and traveling with a guitar, you know, with a ukulele is even better. Whatever is practical and makes music, that's my instrument. That's my favourite. You know that mouth harp? That one. It's a great instrument. And it just fits in the back of my pocket. Great instrument. Bloody hell. Yes, that's the one.
