Wim Hof on what makes him feel alive: the warmth of his children, watching spoonbills huddle together on branches, and the moment at his retreats when people stop being separate and become one collective light.

What makes me feel most alive outside of the cold is the warmth of my kids, is the animals, the view back here with the spoonbills. They have little ones. They are just living on these branches with each other. There is no separate houses there. They all live together there and they live in their energy. That energy I love. That energy is amazing, being together. When I go to do the retreats with a lot of people, then it's community. Community, the feeling where fades away the separatism, the individualized kind of mindset into being together. Regardless of who you are, what you are, what is your background, color, or whatever. Where souls come together, there is light and there is warmth. I love that one to the utmost.
