My name is Bill. I'm from the United States. The Wim Hof Method for me is a means of directly, positively getting into my inner physiology. Directly calming it and bringing it under control. To handle cold and handle breathing in the midst of a very challenging situation. For me, it's a metaphor for life. Obviously I'm not going to walk around in the cold for the rest of my life, and that's not how I live my life with my— but it's a metaphor for tackling challenges and for living. Challenges come from any direction. They come from family and stresses of running a business, being in a relationship with people, my wife, my children. And these aren't bad stresses, they're just life. In my experience, it's very important for me to stay, make sure I'm learning the latest and greatest approaches and techniques to be able to be the best person and to show up 100% for my kids, my wife, my employees, and my customers. I just, I feel that they deserve that. And if I'm showing up at 85%, that's not, for me, that's not good enough. If you want to do certain things with your life and you need balance and you want to be at 100, 110%, then if those reasons why are meaningful to you, then you will learn the method very quickly. It's not a mysterious method. It's very practical, but it does take commitment, as anything good does. My experience is that these tools allow you to bring a sense of well-being and calmness and approach, really a fearless approach to your challenges. And that's what, that's what I wanted. And so I feel like this was a necessary step to kind of bring it to closure.
