Andresa Guidelli tells women real estate investors that more units doesn't mean a better portfolio. What matters is cash flow that funds the life you want without consuming your time. InvestorCon June 14-16 in Scottsdale helps you assess what's working, what's draining, and rebuild backward from the lifestyle you actually need.

I'm gonna say something out loud that most women in real estate are already feeling but haven't given themselves permission to say. You don't actually want a bigger portfolio. You want a better one. You want a portfolio that funds the life you want without consuming it. You want a business that runs without you having to be on calls 7 days a week. You want a number in your bank account that means something, not just a number on a spreadsheet. That means more work that you need to do. And that changes the entire strategy. The reason every traditional conference feels off is because they're playing the volume game and you've already moved on from that. You're not asking how to get bigger, you're asking how to get free. And those are different questions, have different answers, and they require different rooms. When you're optimizing for volume, the answer is always to do more. But when you're optimizing for quality of life, the answer is sometimes do less, sometimes sell, sometimes stop, sometimes wait. The answers are completely different depending on the room you're listening to. This is what we do at InvestorCon. We drop anchor to think strategically. We look at what you actually have, what's working, what's draining you, and and what you actually want the portfolio to do for your life. Then we build the plan backwards from there. That is recalibration. And it's the one most women have never been given the time, the room, or the permission to make. If you're ready to stop scaling something that isn't working and start building something that does, join us June 14th to the 16th, Scottsdale.
