In this testimonial video, homeowners Robyn and a second speaker share their positive experience with the builder Enduro during a renovation and extension project. They highlight Enduro’s upfront, honest pricing—even though it wasn’t the cheapest, it gave them confidence from the start. The use of the CoConstruct platform provided daily site reports and photos, offering peace of mind and transparent communication for both the homeowners and the contractors. Enduro also introduced new materials that the homeowners initially rejected, which turned out to look brilliant, showcasing the builder’s fresh ideas and willingness to expand the client’s design perspective. The relationship with Enduro is described as relaxed yet professional, with clear communication, no hidden costs, and a strong focus on staying within budget. Finally, the homeowners praise the attention to detail and high‑quality finishes, describing the work as professional and of a high standard.

Our parents have just built and it was a disaster, so we've seen how it can go very badly wrong. Ours is like that miracle story. It was fun to build. I'm like, it can happen. It was easy in that, you know, from the very beginning, Enduro were upfront with the costs. It wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but we knew it was honest quote, and it makes a big difference. So I was pretty comfortable from very early on. I showed CoConstruct to absolutely anyone who ever asked me about how's the build going. Getting daily reports on what happened on site and photos is just such peace of mind.
Even the guys that— contractors that were building with Induro knew exactly what they had to do with that CoConstruct communications. They knew when they were due on site, when they had to have stuff done by. And for us, you know, like Robyn said earlier, we would show all our friends when they would ask us about things and say, well, what— how do you know what's going on? Besides being, you know, allowed on site fairly regularly, we would just You know, go through the co-construct and have that open communication with yourself.
So one of the good reasons that we went with Enduro as well is they introduced us to using different materials in the build that I hadn't considered and had strongly vetoed at the beginning. And we've gone ahead and used them and they look brilliant. So, you know, it's just fresh ideas and opening our mind to new ideas. Yeah, we didn't feel like we were causing problems. We felt, you know, sometimes you'd be a bit worried about ringing because it's been such a great process, but you didn't have that feeling. It's just like, right, well, we'll get to that straight away. Like, let's make sure that you're happy and it's fixed. And so yeah, it's a nice process really.
The relationship that we built with the guys at Enduro was From the beginning, it was pretty casual and, you know, it felt relaxed. And then that relationship over the build process was enhanced and the communication and all that sort of stuff that sort of happened. The price point, it might be a little bit on the higher side, but what I always emphasize is that You know, we, we knew pretty much that we were going to be within that budget.
Anywhere.
And yeah, that's what I'd say to them, you know, that there's no hidden costs, there's no additional things that you're suddenly going to be blown away by.
And everyone's commented on just the attention to detail and the quality of the finishes. And yeah, it looks High quality. It's just a professional job.
