I was, right from the start, I was very— it was a very good experience because I had the feeling that Enduro was very competent and very well organized. In terms of communication, I thought the best aspect was definitely that online system. There were 2 aspects really, the online system and also the fact that I could call you and within an hour or so I got a call back from you when you were not available and we discussed things. Those were the 2 main things that I thought were, in terms of communication, the best. I think I found those meetings, these on-site meetings, very useful because you can only communicate so much over a website and by email. It was just sitting down there and discussing things, how— and actually being in the house and seeing its development together with the builder, just to talk about what kind of materials and why. It was just, yeah, these on-site meetings were very useful. It's 2 words really I thought about, it's quality and competence. And competence was just through this whole process, all the suggestions that Endura made in terms of what should be done and how it would be done were obviously done out of a— based on an extremely well-known, high knowledge base. And quality is just living in this house and experiencing, well, it's built— that's how I see it's the quality. I was obviously to Endura and to Jackson. I wasn't just one client among many. It was really when we met, it was clear he was focused on my job and thought only about my job and tried to find the best solution for that. So to me, it was I was not one of just a bunch of others. And if I we want we had a meeting or something, it was pretty clear he was. Extremely focused on, on my job and really, yeah, it was his priority was definitely getting my job done, which is what I really wanted to have. To me, it was really the quality of the work and also the consciousness that this is an energy-efficient house.
