We are at Felixstowe today, one of our high-efficiency spec houses. So what makes these houses unique is that we hit the pillars of the Passive House, but we don't meet the certified Passive House criteria. And what this achieves is bring— brings down the cost of the build a little bit. You obviously give up a little bit of building performance. However, you still get the benefits of thermal bridge-free construction, R4 insulation in the walls and R6 in the ceilings, high-performance double-glazed UPVC windows and doors, heat recovery ventilation, and a level of airtightness that is just above the requirement for Certified Passive House, but obviously is not meeting the Certified Passive House requirement. A lot of our homeowners go for this option if they are keen on the performance, but don't want to go that extra step to certification.
