Clarendon Testimonial

Two homeowners built with Inturo Builders and finished in six months, from January groundbreaking to June completion. Bi-weekly check-ins kept problems small, the team stayed flexible with changes, and the materials were high-end: glass, stone, timber, steel. They'd hire them again.

People say, would you do it again? It's like, yeah, I'd do it again.
Yeah.
Definitely.
Yeah. Only with Inturo Builders though.
Oh yeah, we understand. This is so funny.
I thought it was a very pleasant process.
I think the bit that made it a positive, such a positive experience, is the biweekly I think the way we got, we got through that first initial setup was from communication. I had a few issues, you had a few issues, we actually spoke about it, moved on. It didn't, it didn't get to an issue where it's insurmountable. We just had to get through each other's opinion and then we moved. He never said no. Well, a lot of the time he didn't.
So it was very collaborative.
You never said, yeah, you idiot.
If you thought we were changing a lot, I never really noticed that you thought we were changing.
I don't think we ever said, we want to change this, and you said, don't be silly. You always said, yeah, no worries.
Yeah. Cool. Yeah.
Maybe that was the problem. You made it too easy for us to change.
Stress-free, you know. And we've spoken to people and they've said, oh my God, you're building. We're like, yeah, but it's, you know, it's fantastic.
It's great. I really enjoyed it. I think you have the same, well, you have the same work ethic and the same eye for detail. Well, we eventually found out, you know, took a process. As we do, probably and some. We've used every material. You've got glass, stone, timber, steel, you know, it's not your average show. So that's why it is so important for us, and that's why if you can survive this sort of a build and be I think it says enough. I was amazed at how fast it was, completely. From when we got the schedule on co-contract to say we'll be done by the 24th of June, and we broke ground on the 8th of January. I was amazed. I thought, well, that's incredible. You know, you hear all these horror stories about projects overrunning and time and everything. We had a few weather delays, but everything did push forward along that, that time scale, so much so that we got to the stage where we were worried we weren't going to finish in June, and we had to pull the team back and just say, look, you know, It's really important to us that we can move into the house together, and I'm away until October, so can we please slow this down a little bit so we can move in together? You can use all sorts of one-worders, but all of those descriptions, you know, you can say positive, great communication, this, that, this, all of that leads to the fact of if somebody asks you, Would you recommend them? You should say yes or no. I was like, well, yes.
