In this tutorial-style video, solopreneur Robyn Anderson walks viewers through the five core AI‑driven routines that keep her six‑figure business operating autonomously. She first describes how her community‑moderation agent Jennifer scans the ClubJam community each day, flags unanswered posts and missing Zoom recordings, and notifies her. Next, she explains a daily blog‑publishing routine where AI agents pull from a pre‑approved list of 150 ideas, write in her exact voice, and publish for SEO. The third routine is a morning executive brief powered by Claude, which reviews her email, calendar, and Fathom meeting transcripts to surface outstanding tasks, upcoming events, and missed follow‑ups. The fourth routine involves Vicky, a nightly consolidator that audits the day’s work across all agents, updates Obsidian markdown files, and synchronises knowledge between agents, preventing chaos as she juggles multiple tools. Finally, she outlines a Monday ClubJam newsletter routine that aggregates calendar events and recent community activity to craft a weekly recap for members. Robyn also demonstrates how to create new routines in Claude Code, emphasizing local file access for seamless integration with her Obsidian vault. Throughout, she highlights the practical benefits of each routine and invites viewers to share their own essential workflows.

Hey, friend. Let me show you the daily AI routines that I rely on as a solopreneur making 6 figures literally by myself. So I have 8 AI employees that you may have heard of, but I'm going to show you the routines that run completely without me, whether I'm here or not. So number one, I have a community called Club Jam. And so my agent Jennifer, she actually reviews my community every single day. And so what she'll do is she'll read who's posting, what was going on, and she'll come back and tell me, hey, you didn't reply to this person, or you went live and you haven't posted the Zoom recording yet. Go ahead and figure that out. So that is something that I find to be super necessary. Number 2, I have a daily blog publish. So every single day, my AI agents are posting blogs for me based on a list of 150 blog ideas that I went through and created for it. So every single day it's writing it and posting it. I've already approved all the titles and it knows my exact writing style. And honestly, I'm doing this for SEO, so I want content to be published and indexed daily. So that's happening here every day with my agent. Next is my morning executive brief. I love this so much. I have Claude look at my email, my calendar, and all my Fathom transcripts from meetings I had the day before. And so what it does is it comes up with who's outstanding that I need to get back to. What do I have coming up? Do I need to prep for anything? Did I say anything on a meeting saying that I would follow up and I didn't? This one has caught so many things for me, and I love this routine. My next one, this is a big one. So this is Vicky. She is my AI agent. And every single day at 8:40 PM, she goes in and she looks at what all my other agents have done that day. And so it is picking up all the work that I'm doing with all my other agents. So Vicky is looking at my Obsidian folders, which is where all the work gets put, and she's going to update all the agents on what's going on. So the other day I learned about vibe prospecting, and I told my, uh, AI agent Carl, who does my business development, that we're gonna check out vibe prospecting in Quad rather than working from the list that he's been working from in Obsidian. So she went and kind of updated his markdown file and his memory. So that was pretty cool. This has been a game changer because as you're working in so many different tools and creating so much content, it can get chaotic. So this is a routine that I highly recommend. And then this one's really fun too. So my Monday ClubJam newsletter, I don't use it all too much. In fact, I just started it, but what it's doing is it's reviewing the calendar and the posts and whatever sprint we're working on in ClubJam. And it's helping me come up with like a what to expect and what we did last week type email for my members. So if you wanna make a routine, you need to go into Claude Code, and I want you to go to routines. And then all you'll do is select new routine. And I like to work off of local because then it works off of my machine and that's where my Obsidian files live. So I always work off of my machine. You can name it, give it a description. And then honestly, just write whatever you want here. Explain it as the best that you can. And then once you hit create, it'll actually rewrite it for you and make sure that it is written in a way that the agents can understand. So this is a quick way to create a routine. I'd be curious what routines are essential for you. So tell me in the comments. And if you're sick of learning AI on your own, go ahead and click the link in my bio. I run a community called ClubJam. I am constantly giving away free skills, prompts, tools, training. We do live training 2 to 3 times a week. It's all recorded, so check that out as well, and I hope to see you soon. Give this a try.
