AI Marketing Audit: Your Website Is Leaking Customers. Here's How to Find the Holes.

In this video, marketing strategist Robyn Anderson conducts a live AI‑driven audit of WonderReel (owned by Tony). She scores the site 75/100, pinpoints three major “leaks” that cause lost customers, and walks through each element of the homepage and broader digital presence. The audit covers first‑impression clarity and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) connection, offer presentation, call‑to‑action placement, trust signals (about page, privacy, testimonials), copy tone, mobile layout, SEO/AEO technical setup, and Instagram profile branding. For each area Robyn provides a concrete, prioritized fix—adding an above‑the‑fold free‑trial button, clarifying pricing and what’s included, centering mobile content, improving Instagram name/category and pinning highlights, and building a content blog to win SEO/AEO. She also suggests an email‑drip funnel for warm leads. The tone is supportive and instructional, emphasizing that all identified issues are easily fixable with AI‑enhanced messaging and visibility tactics.

Most business owners know their marketing could be better, but they don't know exactly what it's costing them and how many customers they're losing every time they go to their site. In this series, I'm auditing real businesses to uncover what's working, what's being missed, and exactly how I would use AI to improve their website messaging, visibility, lead generation, and their offers. Okay, so today we are working on one of my favorite members' businesses. I'm gonna introduce you to Tony, the owner of Wonder And we're gonna go through his site. So first of all, here is his website, the homepage. I was completely blown away when he first showed me this website. It is really beautiful, really neatly done. It looks really professional, and I can tell he spent a lot of time on it and it's really coming through. But let's talk about how it's acting. Is it actually working as a sales tool? So Tony, I'm gonna give you a 75 out of 100. The site is really solid. It's got genuinely good bones. It's sharp copy, real proof, honest pricing, but it leaks buyers in 3 specific points. And the brand is kind of invisible to Google and AI assistants, AEO, at this point. So let me show you, and don't worry, every single leak is totally fixable. All right, so the scorecard. Overall, I think the first impression, I'm giving you a 4.5. You know, it shows what you do, how you're different. It lands in seconds, but who it's for stays a little bit fuzzy. I'm not sure if this is for agencies or hobbyists or professionals. And so that's the part where I think we're missing. So I'm going to give you a 3 out of 5 for the ICP connection. The site speaks to a pain, right? So subscription fatigue, but But it never actually names the person feeling it. So I'm really wondering who do you want to reach out to at that point? All right. So let's talk about your offer. So I'm going to scroll down and find your offer. And I'm giving you a 4 out of 5 on your offer and your offer clarity, because you do a really good job. You show there's 2 options, which I love giving people options. You have super clear that it's a one-time purchase, no subscription. And you list all of this stuff. I would say the only reason I'm not giving you a 5.5 on this part is when you scroll down to how to start and you're saying up and running in 5 minutes or less, I think users could feel a little bit confused because you say to open an account at ki.ai or ki.ai and put on like $5. And so I would just say we should put that up here. And somehow talk about that right up front. Even if it's something like, you know, you buy the studio, it's yours forever. And whatever model you use, it's as simple as $5 to get started. Just something like that to show that like you are offering the studio, but they still have to sometimes pay for the models. And if that's not the case, let's just clarify that and explain what the offer includes a little bit better. But Toni, probably my biggest bone to pick with you is this. So I'm here. Let's say I get here. I've heard about it. I opened your email. I saw a webinar. Maybe even I saw you on social media. There's nowhere to really sign up right here. I think right here above the fold, you need a start your free trial button right here, because you know that people will give you just a few minutes to decide their next move. And the fact that there's no get started free trial thing until, you know, all the way down there is, it's kind of, kind of, kind of tough. So let's make sure to put that start free trial right above the fold in the hero. All right. And then I noticed you have some amazing testimonials here. I mean, and you even have Ruth McCartney, the real Ruth McCartney related to the Beatle, which is amazing. But one thing I don't see, and tell me if I'm wrong, is an about. I think people want to know about this company. Maybe a privacy policy, something like that, just to kind of show that you are the real deal. So always make sure that you have information to kind of just prove that you are legit, because we all know you are. I'm going to give your copy and language a 5 out of 5. I think you do a really, really good job here. You're using words like you instead of we, and so you're really putting that customer in You know, you're making it feel personal to them throughout the site. And that's great. We just have to work on who that customer is a little bit more. And that would be all I would suggest in the content area. Otherwise you did a really good job kind of enticing people and laying it out in a way that makes a lot of sense. From a mobile standpoint, I have it up on my phone right here. I would actually argue that your site looks Even better on a mobile device. One thing that kind of bothers me, and I, this is nitpicky, is that this is off center. I wonder if there's a way to center this because it looks even better on your mobile. And so I'm going to give you a 5 out of 5 on the mechanics and your mobile version of your website. From an SEO perspective, you are there. You have it set up. You have your H1 tags, your Open Graph tags, your schema markup for both the organization and software application. You have Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. The only problem is that your outcomes aren't really there yet, and that will just take time. You literally have all of the right places, all the right pieces in the right place. So that will just come with time and driving people to the website and getting that data around it, showing that yes, people are visiting and they're able to find exactly what they need. All right. And now we're here in your Instagram profile, which I know is brand new for you, but I'm glad we're here because there's some really low-hanging fruit. That I want you to look at. So number one, your WonderReel Studio right here, but then it says Art AI Creator, and that really just screams like hobbyist to me. So I really think you should change your name right here to something else that more describes the platform and what it does. Maybe something as easy as like WonderReel and then put one of those dividers and do, do AI video, image, and audio studio. And then you're gonna wanna switch the category to software and product. And then there's some things that you can do. So underneath here you can pin highlights. And so what I would do is pin highlights that are like pricing and then made with WonderReel and then testimonials. And then that way people can kind of see, okay, this is a software. Here's how people are using it and here's how much it is like right away. And then I see that you're using WonderReel for your actual stuff. Like these are things that you made with WonderReel. But again, I think the better play here is to show how your ICP is using WonderReel. And then, you know, you could still keep these and pin them under your highlights of made with WonderReel, but having real use cases and talking to that ICP that we have to figure out is where you're really going to succeed here on Instagram and Facebook. All right. So the 3 main fixes after this whole report, I think you're really on your way. Things are looking good. Put that free trial button right here, move those things down. And then I would also suggest thinking about a way to capture people who maybe are interested, but not quite ready to sign up today. I know a free trial is a great way to convert, but another way would be some sort of offer that you put maybe right down here. So maybe it's not the first thing that they see, 'cause we don't want to take people who are ready to buy and move them to thinking about it, but we might want to put something right here that puts them into some sort of email funnel. It could be just a simple thing where you do 5 days of emails showing them all the different ways they can use WonderReel. So I think that could be a really great sales tool on your website. And then the last part is just, we have to try to win your name in SEO and AEO. So the more that you can create content around the questions that people are asking about WonderReel would be amazing. So if you could set up some sort of blog on your website that just continues to answer those questions, that'll really help you show up in both SEO and AEO. Well, Tony, thank you for being my very first marketing audit, and I think you are literally going to crush it. I'm so excited for you and can't wait to see what you do Next.
