AI Marketing Funnel That Runs Itself: My Evergreen Webinar Setup (Claude + EverWebinar)

In this video, Jam (Robyn Anderson) walks through how she built an automated evergreen webinar funnel called “Zero to Claude” that runs on autopilot and continuously generates leads for her ClubJam community. She explains the end‑to‑end workflow: Meta ads (created by Claude) drive traffic to a registration page, which triggers a series of confirmation and reminder emails via ActiveCampaign. The live webinar is hosted once in WebinarJam/EverWebinar, recorded, and the replay page (also generated by Claude) includes free prompts and tools for ClubJam members. The technical stack includes a Claude‑generated HTML site hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare, with Obsidian used for file organization and automation. Jam shares performance metrics—ad spend cut from $5,000 to $500 per month, visitor count doubled, ROAS tripled, ~175 weekly registrants, and 7 trial sign‑ups within hours of a webinar. She details the setup time (about 3 hours) and how Claude saved 20‑25 hours of manual work. The video also covers best practices for evergreen webinars (single link, live‑feel, Amy Porterfield’s structure), audience tagging strategies in ActiveCampaign, and how she monetizes the system by offering an evergreen webinar skill to ClubJam members.

I went from spending $5,000 a month on my Meta ads to $500 a month, and I've doubled the amount of visitors I'm getting, and my ROAS has gone to 3x. So let me show you what I'm doing to create an evergreen webinar that is literally funneling leads into my website and into my business nonstop while I can be out doing other things. And if we haven't met before, my name is Jam, and I run a school community called Club Jam where I teach small business owners, coaches, and consultants how to use this technology to make more money, save more time, and go do the things that you love to do in life. All right, so let's get into it. Evergreen is just something that means that it's something that you do one time and then it can up and go and just stay evergreen, meaning reusable over and over again. So mine is a webinar. It's called Zero to Claude. It happens 1:00 PM every Thursday, and I never have to be there. It runs itself. And this is what it looks like from a full standpoint. So I have my ads or my posts, so my Meta ads or my organic posts, and then they go to a registration page. Then the person gets a bunch of confirmation emails like, thanks for signing up. We start in 24 hours. We start in 15 minutes. Thank you for joining. Here's the replay, and so on. And then they go to the Thursday class. And then the next day, this replay page, which Claude built me, has the entire video along with my free prompts and tools that I provide people in ClubJam. 7 days after they watch the webinar, they get tagged in my email service as warm. And then I know that I can continue to send them information about ClubJam until they become a member. At that point, they get a new tag, ClubJam member, and they get new content that I just show my members. So these are the tools that I'm using to set up my evergreen webinar. Claude, of course, and then my website. My website is a full HTML site that Claude writes and maintains for me. I use Vercel for my production environment, and then it's hosted on Cloudflare. So anytime I need to make a new landing page, I just go to Claude and say, hey, here's this webinar we're doing, and I want to create it, create my landing page, my follow-up, my replay page, and my thank you page. And it does it all. The real star of the show is a tool that I'm using called EverWebinar, and it's inside WebinarJam. And so you go there and you click on EverWebinar, and here's where you sign in. And here's where all of the content is actually happening. So I have all of the videos that I'm showing, and then my registration notifications, live automations as well. So while you're watching it, there's comments and questions coming out. Let me show you what it looks like in real time. All right, let's enter my webinar. Calling in here. Happy Thursday. Thank you so much for taking your time and joining me for a little bit on how to learn, how to use Claude really as your teammate. You'll see I have a poll up and I'm just curious as you're entering if you could fill out the poll, trying to figure out where everybody is with AI. So far we have about 52% of you are not using AI every day. So as you could see, it was running comments on the side. It showed there's 182 people in it and people can comment and it goes to my email. So I can actually answer their questions, which I love. I'm also using ActiveCampaign to set up all of my tags and lists for my email marketing, Meta ads to actually get people into the funnel. And then of course I use Obsidian, which is a file and folder structure, which allows me to use both Claude and ChatGPT for all of my automations in my business. If you want more on that, check out the other videos on my channel because I talk about it all the time. All right, so the big thing is you have to actually host the webinar once. So you teach it once, and I follow the Amy Porterfield masterclass of webinars. She is the queen of webinars. So you do a promise, teaching points, you share stories, a stay till the end bonus. Don't say the date out loud. I made that prompt— that I made that mistake before. And pitch like it's live. So make sure that you're sending one link and everything you talk about stays evergreen. Then you're gonna need to create your ads. I use Claude to create my Meta ads and I use the Meta MCP. So Claude is actually building the campaigns for me. Thank God, because Meta ads are so incredibly difficult to figure out and set up. I've been using 'em for years and years and years, but the fact that I don't have to go in and mess with it anymore is just the best. So I made some iPhone videos. I made some text on a black background, um, customers. And if you can create a lookalike audience for your current customers and put your Meta ads out there, I am currently spending like $500 a month and every week I have around 175 people registering for my webinar. This is a quick look at the ads that Claude is making for me. So I have a folder full of images that I've approved for it to use, and then it can take the images of me and create the content around it. I like to make sure that it's using evergreen words like every Thursday, 1:00 PM Mountain, and it always says register for free. If you're not at a place to do Meta ads yet, that's fine. I use my webinar lists. I'm a speaker for SCORE, and every time I speak, I get the opt-in list, so I could use that. For my email marketing, Instagram keywords. You could set up a ManyChat, my newsletter. I use a lot of follow-up sequences. I create calendar events and invite people to them. But before you start, what I would suggest is have Claude interview you and ask it, what are the best ways that I could fill my room? And then give it an X amount of budget. That way you don't have to just jump right into Meta if you're not ready. Setting all of this up took me about 3 hours. Now, mind you, I've done this stuff for 20 years, so it's second nature to me, but Claude, took probably about 20 to 25 hours away from what I used to do. Building the pages, writing the emails, creating the campaigns, all of it, the testing, the notes, like it is completely done by Claude. And I'm so happy about that. These are the numbers I'm watching every week to make sure that my evergreen webinars are successful. The cost per registration. So what am I paying per click to get somebody in the room? The show-up rate. If I have 175 people showing, I would hope that at least 40% to 60% are showing up. And then I want to see who's watching the replays and also opening my emails. And then of course, the number of trials started. I had it go today, and so far I've had 7 trials started, and it's only been about 4 hours since the webinar ended. These are all the different pages that Claude made for this evergreen webinar. It looks like a lot, but really it's not. I have the webinar landing page talking about the webinar. I have the thank you page where post-signup they can add it to their calendar. I have the EverWebinar schedule that's actually part of WebinarJam. I have the class where people can type in their name and join the session, the replay, and the guide. So if you want to create an evergreen webinar, these are the things that I would do. Decide what your offer is, your bonus, and your one link. Don't do a bunch of different ones to start. Just start with one. Build the class as a webpage with live on my screen cues. Build the page in the wire form after you create the real webinar. So I highly suggest running real, a real webinar where you're hosting it live. And then that's the recording that you'll use in the future. Set up the email tool. Don't skip that part. If you're running something evergreen, you want to make sure you're tagging people the right way. For me, I have a new tag with the date, Every single week. So I'm not sending people who signed up last week the thank you page when they signed up this week. And then of course you want to run it live, record it, and also watch it back. Please watch it back. I've seen too many people host these things and they just do not watch it back and they're playing errors week after week. I've actually created an entire evergreen webinar skill and I have it available for my members in ClubJam. So if you want to try it out, you just download it. It asks you a few questions. And then it goes through a 9-step process to help you set up your evergreen funnel. So give it a try, and I hope to see you in ClubJam.
