In this third installment of a five‑part no‑code AI agent tutorial, Jam (Robyn Anderson), CEO of Jam AI, walks non‑technical small‑business owners through turning their conceptual agent briefs into a concrete file‑and‑folder system using Obsidian. She explains that an AI agent is essentially a structured collection of files, similar to a website, and demonstrates how to download Obsidian, create a memorable vault, and then employ Claude and Claude Code to automatically generate the required folder hierarchy. After the AI builds the structure, viewers are instructed to gather all relevant assets from sources like Google Drive and Canva, place them in the appropriate agent folders, and finally prompt Claude again to organize the content for easy understanding. The segment emphasizes hands‑on, low‑code methods, encouraging viewers to let the AI handle the tedious organization work.

Welcome back to part 3 of 5 of how to build an AI agent with no code. My name is Jam. I'm the CEO of Jam AI. I travel the country teaching small business owners, non-technical folks, coaches, consultants, sales and marketing people how to use AI. Okay, so the past couple days have been fun. You've been writing down your agents in a notebook, and then you had a chat with your large language model to go even deeper on what that agent will do. And then it was supposed to create an AI agent brief that you're going to then put into your Obsidian structure. So today we're going to go deep into Obsidian because an AI agent is nothing more than a really good file and folder structure. An AI agent is nothing more than files and folders. A website is nothing more than files and folders. Okay, so you got that? So now we can use any harness we want, like OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Visual Studio. We could use anything that we want to access those files. And then that becomes the agent. In my example, I'm going to be showing you how to use Claude and Claude Code to access your Obsidian folders. Okay, so let's go. We're going to go to obsidian.com. And download it for free. Simple. You just download it. And then what you're going to do is open a new vault. I highly suggest you have some fun with this and name your vault something that you'll remember. And this is a time when you can show your character, create those names for your AI agents. So we're going to set those up as separate files. But guess what? You're not going to do it yourself. You're going to go back to Claude Code and say, hey, I installed Obsidian and this is where I want all of my agents to live. Please set up my file structure so that you can build my exact team the way we just talked about. Claude will then take over your desktop after you give it access and it'll build out all of your agent files. From there, I want you to spend the next couple hours going through all of your folders, all of the things in your Google Drive, all of the things in your Canva account. Wherever you've been building, go get it, download it, and I want you to put it all in the right agent and do your best to organize it. But when you're done, you're going to go back to Claude and say, hey, I gave every single agent all of the context and files that it needs. Please organize it so that it's easy to understand. And then you're going to let Claude do its thing. And that is the conclusion to step 3 of building your AI agents. And honestly, that was the hardest part. So great job.
