Robyn Anderson recommends Kai Dickens' podcast to small business owners, pointing to episodes on telepathy in autistic children and consciousness. She shares stories of authors and inventors who independently arrived at identical ideas simultaneously, suggesting ideas may choose the people meant to build them.

Sometimes when you're building a business, ideas just flow through you and you almost feel like something's working for you. I know I've had that feeling in building most of my businesses, and this podcast just was so amazing. I want you all to listen to it, especially if you're a small business owner. It's by Kai Dickens, and the first season is all about children with autism and how they might be communicating telepathically. But Season 2 is not so much about autism, but more just about where do, where do we go after we die? What is our consciousness? And I know this isn't my normal content, but this spoke so deeply to me as a business owner because the creativity that flows through us and the ideas that we get, they have to be born somewhere. So where are they born? I highly recommend you check out this podcast. Go walk on the treadmill, go walk outside, take an hour. One of the examples that I thought was just crazy was there's two authors who meet and they give each other a hug. They haven't seen each other in a long time and they're like, hey, what are you working on? And they both have the exact same idea. Another fun fact is that two people put in the telephone patent on the same day. So are these ideas waiting to be born and finding the right people to bring them into the world? And if so, why were you chosen to build the business that you have? Take a listen and let me know what you think of this.
