Welcome back to things you can do with AI. Today I'm going to show you how you can go from a discovery call to a proposal in about three minutes. Okay, so the first thing I do is I use Fathom AI to record my discovery calls. From there, you can actually click on transcript and copy transcript. And so that gives me every single thing that we talked about in our call. Then I'll just go over and create a new Word document in Google Drive and paste in that transcript. Then I will download it as a PDF. Next step is find an old proposal. So here's an old proposal for another client and I'm going to download that as a PDF as well. Then I'll go over to ChatGPT. If you really want to do it right, you'll create a custom GPT for your proposal writing, which I have. Her name is Morgan. She does my business development. So all I have to do is upload the proposal and the call transcript and I'll say, make me a proposal based on this call and in about two seconds I'll have an entirely developed proposal that's based just on this call I had in the format of how I do my proposals. So here's my proposal. I would just copy and paste that and put it into my other proposal template and save it as a PDF and send it off.
